2010 BMW F650GS Battery Replacement

Replacing the battery in a 2010 BMW F650GS, in this case I will be installing a new Scorpion YTX14-BS 12v 200 CCA Sealed AGM Motorcycle Battery, which was purchased for $58.95 online.
You will need:
Needle-nose pliers
Torx T25
Torx T30
Medium - Large Phillips Head screw driver
Optional: Masking tape to temporarily cover the positive and negative connectors

What sensor fits in the battery cradle on top of the battery? My gs keeps stalling, can that be the problem?
