Iam also handling a well foundation site as a site engineer and iam adopting all the methods for rectification but sir we can rectify the shift by same methods within some range
Shift occured by tilt is automatically rectified, one should not count that one.
@@CivilGyaan yes sir but if our tilt and shift become in opposite side it can be rectified by eccentric cantilever loading and apply a proper extrenal support at it resultant point .

It have a simple formula in which we calculate the resultant and it should be not more than 1in 100 for tilt and D/40 for shift
For calculate the resultant tilt
Jst D÷{√((x axis^2)+(y axis^2))}
and the answer will tell you the resultant.
For calculate resultant shift
√((x axis^2)+(y axis^2))
