- Hey guys, we visited Secrets Moxche for my husbands birthday and it was an incredible stay. There were a few differences noted from out previous stay at another Secrets Resort and for the reason I wanted to share my opinion on Secrets Moxche. It is a beautiful adults only resort in Mexico and over all I think you will most definitely enjoy your time at Secrets Moxche. I also added a few clips sharing what I wore.

i had the shrimp risotto too and i thought it was best thing i ate there! and i live in NYC so im a food snob! searching youtube for next A.O.A.I. so im trying to see what else is out there comparable to Secrets Moxche and we did Hyatt Zilara a few years ago.
Nombre Amiga now I need to book that one. We didn’t have that wine fridge at The Vine resort. I need to book at this one next. How was the music, mucho ingles? And how were they with the tipping? The Vine I hardly saw folks tip. Glad you had a wonderful relaxing trip. Feliz cumpleanos to Rudy. 🎉
Yes, I think you would enjoy it. There wasnt crazy loud music but it was enjoyable & yea it was reggeaton & like a mix of english & spanish. Well balanced tbh. We always tip when we go to resorts but we actually saw more tipping here than in Maroma which was interesting because I felt the attention was slightly better in Maroma.

Did you notice if there were Secrets beach bags given out during your stay? At some Secrets resorts you get a beach bag that you can take home with you. My wife and I are going later this week and we can’t wait, but don’t know if we need to bring a beach bag with us or not.
Hi, yes. Those are given to the ones who have booked the preferred room options. Sometimes depending on your status on the websites you choose to book from (ex: Expedia) they also provide this upgrade for free. Hope this helps 🙂 & I hope you have a wonderful time.

However, keep in mind these are 'extra' perks that they are to the preferred members but it might be a piece that they can run out of maybe, just to be on the safe side I would take at least one small, foldable beach bag in case they just dont have them in stock to give out 😣 Again, I dont think its the case but it could happen 🙂 Hope that makes sense.

What room type did you stay in? Was it under the Preferred or did you stay on the Impressions side?
Hi, we stayed In Moche & it was under preferred. We did not visit the Impressions side
What is the difference in Preferred and Impressions side? Is Impressions more high end?
The preferred is an upgrade while in Moxche that allows you access to a roof top infinity pool & bar area with a few extra perks. Impressions ifs pretty much a seperate resort on its own. Hope this makes sense 🙂
Which one did you like better this one or the other one in Mexico that you went to?
They both are very diff honestly, I felt the attention to detail was more in Maroma, like the staff would rmbr our names, we even had a concierge that was so attentive.
In Moxche, being a bigger resort, there is more actuvities, the night club is alot better & there are soooo many places to hand out during the day! Its really tough to pick just one, if youre going a few days I would say Maroma, if youre doing a full week I would go with Moxche, hope this helps 🙂
