Reminded me another great player who had lost his career after a severe injury and eventually was forced to retire (Badminton)

Man Kawhi would have had another 🏆 in 2017 the year Zaza took him out with that dirty play. Spurs were up on that Warriors dynasty by 30 at one point before they took him out… Spurs were very well headed to another championship that year until their going star was taken out. 💯
Spurs fan for life but I’m huge Kawhi fan he my favorite all time under MJ. Though Manu and Tony had no business speaking on Kawhi that way, dude had an injury he knows his body, to this day he still has problems. He didn’t ask to be taken out by Zaza. It was bad, as Spurs fan I’m in all the groups. It was bad not only Manu/Tony Parker, but after they spoke up many fans started turning on Kawhi as well. I never did 🙏🏾❤ He got his revenge on us, Warriors, and the rest of the league in 2019. The way the Spurs organization turned on dude was not cool, I mean Kawhi uncle was annoying to me as well, but Kawhi. Wry humble and knows his body, if he said he could play, then he couldn’t play. Always gonna be disappointed we lost our superstar but our future looking bright with Wemby 👽 GSG as well as good luck Kawhi 💯
