നമ്മുടെ ബുദ്ധിയെ ഭക്ഷണം എത്രത്തോളം ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് അറിയാമോ.. ഒരുപാടു അരി ഭക്ഷണം മാത്രം കഴിച്ചാൽ നല്ലതല്ല (നന്നായി അധ്വാനിക്കുന്ന ആൾക്ക് കുഴപ്പമില്ല )... നിങ്ങൾ ചിന്തിച്ചു നോക്കു ഉപ്പ് കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുന്നവന് എന്ത് സംഭവിക്കും ദേഷ്യം കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ആളാകും (പ്രശർ ) ഭക്ഷണം നമ്മുടെ ചിന്തയെ ഭാവിയെ ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്ത് കഴിക്കണം.. അത് പഠിക്കേണ്ടി ഇരിക്കുന്നു.. അതാതു സമയത് വിലകുറവിനു കിട്ടുന്ന ഫുഡ് ഉൾപെടുത്തുക.. മുട്ട വെജിറ്റബിൾ. മീൻ. മാസം ഒക്കെ എല്ലാം ഉൾപെടുത്തുകക.. ശാരീരിക കഠിനധ്വാനമില്ലാത്തവർ അരി ഗോതമ്പ് ഒക്കെ അളവിൽ കുറവ് വരുത്തുക.
നമ്മൾ നോക്കു എന്ത് അസുഖം വന്നാലും ഫുഡ്‌ ഇന്നത് കഴിക്കണം എന്നൊക്കെ dr പറയാറില്ലേ.. നമ്മളെ മൊത്തം കാര്യങ്ങളെയും ഭക്ഷണശീലം ബാധിക്കും
