I only passed through 9th class in GCSE O level but due to personal and financial issues I couldn't pass through and feel like I'm too old to go back.
I'm more well rounded for practical classes and thinking about studying as a dentist hygienist. Is there a chance for me to train as a Zahnhelfer or Dentalhygienikerin ?

U will be certified in Germany which is recognised in most of European countries but only thing is u need learn the language of those countries

For hygienikerin title u need to specialisation in that..and if u have work permit in germany then u can directly apply to clinic u will get interview

No you have to complete the internship..during that time start learning the language which will take approx 1 year time till you clear b2 exam

No u cannot get blue card with it..for blue card u require specific salary bracket which u will not get until your permanent licence..its generally 3 years course but u can get it done faster also..depends on your skill n catchup power

Most of the time visa officer will ask you to open blocked account for ypur spouse..and if they dont allow then you can bring them after your training is over and you get the work permit
