@@jaclynalley809 I love Herferds, my Bull is a Herferd and I have a couple heifers (Bred) I just always wondered why you would say you wanted something with a little more "ear"
@burkeandsons5 I was kinda wondering about the "little more ear" too. Something about heat tolerance? We have a few hot months here but I would worry more about cold tolerance here. Love them HEREFORDS
@jaclynalley809 Yeah, if it's cold they could freeze maybe?(Longer ears😄) I just don't know, maybe they are going for a breed mix? I love Herferds too. They taste great too! 😋
Welcome back ! .. and absolutely another beautiful sharing upload and share ! .. and appreciate your efforts and hard work for sharing your beautiful sharing adventure lifestyle documentary video channel and thanks again ! ..
Awesome video, awesome new cows your going calves at the rentle farm look awesome also your bigger calves on the concrete bunks look huge compared to the last video they look awesome.. stay safe and warm in the ❄️ cold weather you all got coming your way this week ..
Our cows don’t get grain either. The only animals on the farm that are fed grain are the calves when we wean them. We try to run a herd that will thrive on few inputs. If the bulls lose too much weight to keep up during breeding season, then we don’t want to keep them as sires. We expect the cows and bulls to be able to do their job on grass and hay.
Cows should gain weight and calm down soon... concrete bunks look great. a great addition to your operation
SimmiAngus bulls are awesome. especially the white faced ones. love the calves i get from them crossed with registered Herefords...

Good looking cows, watched the short with the yellow kitty 😺 making an appearance, hardest working critter on the place.
Issac, I was told if you feed those pellets it helps the cows get use to you quick and trust you more. I know they aren’t cheap the pellets.
What kind of protein tub do use
How did u make out price with the herd u sold as compared to the ones u bought
Ohhh boy that loader needs grease … then grease it again lol
are you guys getting the blizzard today that NE Kansas is getting?
Can you tell me why you don't feed bulls. Grain? And after your cows are bred, do you stop feeding grain?

I was telling a few friends about your channel and I couldn't remember what area you were located. Your in MO right?
That’s correct
Oh and why do you want them with "Ear"?
Trying to add some heat tolerance to the next set of replacement heifers.
