it is a scam if it would be investigated i guarantee you there will be a foul play of crores . i went to Uttrakhand in 2018 construction of roads was going on in full swing in entire stretch on the name of development now after two years i have returned from uttrakhand still same situation is prevailing there . they are just scratching mountains and annihilating trees on the name of developement . i want to know which type of road construction this is , which never finish
