- It's Day 02 of Sean and Stef's Cruise on the AMAZING Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas. Today Sean and Stef port in Nassau, Bahamas. But first a breakfast at Park Cafe followed by exploring the Boardwalk. After that it's time to go to port. While in Nassau, Sean and Stef meet up with the world famous dynamic duo ParoDeeJay, some really amazing UA-camrs. After a quick drink at Sharkees it's time to head back to the ship. Sean and Stef enjoy a light lunch at Park Cafe. After that it's time for an amazing dinner at 150 Central Park. It's Superbowl Sunday on the Symphony of the Seas and Royal Caribbean pulls out all the stops with amazing food and drinks around every corner and the big game being shown on every screen on the ship. After Dinner, Sean and Stef enjoy robotic cocktails at the Bionic Bar and amazing live music at Jazz on 4. A truly incredible day on an unbelievable ship! Royal Caribbean Cruise Line knows how to pack the fun into ships and itineraries!

Enjoying following the trip. I would do hate that cabin as I’m totally obsessed about noise (even with white noise!). Amazed how few people are in Central Park considering how many people on that ship. I’ve not been to Nassau yet. First time only next year 😀
Hi Gary! Thanks for watching! You rock! We had an interior guaranteed cabin so this was a spin of the wheel for us. :) Super glad we did it, not for everyone that's for sure. Really great location on Deck 7, always going to Deck 4, 5 & 6 or up one to 8. Felt very centrally located. We rarely, if ever, felt crowded. Excluding embarkation and muster. Central Park was always open, never felt crowded. Nassau is cool for a visit or two. We've been there almost every cruise. :) What ship are you sailing over here next year?

The promenade view cabin is cool but I always have to stay in the ocean view balcony cabin or suite. I love just sitting out on the balcony in the am or late pm or just taking a nap out there. And the view is amazing also. But I guess people watching would be great too. 😝. My husband and I always head over to Atlantis when the ship stops in Nassau, another amazing place to be. 😃
Hi there, we don't always get to choose our cabins. When our trips are sponsored, the sponsor picks the cabin type. Balconies are always nice. When we're paying for our own cruises, In order to cruise as much as we do, we have to save money whenever possible and that means inside cabin.

Really enjoying your videos in this series, as we sail on the Symphony in a few weeks. Getting me super stoked to get on board. We sailed on the Harmony last year, and loved it, so I am really enjoying noticing all of the subtle differences between the two ships. As a fellow videographer, I am curious as to what camera you are using with your rig. Impressed with the slow motion shots and the depth of field on such a mobile device. My best guess is the Black Magic Design Cinema 4K. Am I close?

How did you get invited to eat at 150Central Park? We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary on a budget, cannot afford the paid food options or any drink package, just the bare minimums and whats included I would love to eat there.
Hi there, we have personal relationships with various people at the lines. Sometimes they treat us to nice things like a dinner. It was unexpected and incredibly cool of them to do that for us. Have a great cruise!!!
hi stef another gt video question for you as ive been wondering this, do the corridor lights stay on all night as they would keep me awake with the light coming through bottom of the door?
Hi Anthony! Are you talking about the hallways outside of the cabins? For safety all public areas are lit 24 hours a day. We have never noticed any issues with light coming in from the door but you could put a towel down to cover the light.

Thanks so much for watching Kelley! I think I got those earrings at Kohls but I have had them for a while now. The lip gloss I wear is Cover Girl Lip Slicks. Love that stuff! I also wear Cover Girl lipstain underneath. That stuff stays on forever!

Hi there! There is added gratuity but it goes to the bar staff that works at the Bionic Bar. There are people there to help the robots when they get into a funk. :)

Hi there! We try to avoid sweeping statements like this as every single ship is operated as an independent division of the line. My point being there can great ships and not so great lines or vice versa. We had the absolute best time on the Symphony but our Allure experience wasn't nearly the same. We're scheduled to sail on Harmony in a few months. We are big fans of Royal as a result of our experience on Symphony. We can honestly say good things about any line that we've sailed on. Right now Royal would be our favorite well-rounded line.

@@luhbrooks The very same things you hear about Carnival, you can hear about any other line. People who actively single out one line tend to have an agenda. We recommend trying things for yourself. Celebrated our honeymoon on the exact same cruise! So many pros, but unfortunately some cons too :( The ship is sensational - Great restaurants, amazing shows, and the latest tech made Symphony a pleasure at sea. However there are way too many passengers on board. Glad we planned ahead with reservations for all the shows and restaurants. The new Oasis-class design is about getting as many people crammed in there as possible. The open-air mid deck (that you could lounge and lookout) with the lifeboats one deck up has been replaced with more balcony staterooms. Service was pretty good for the most part. Some of the staff I talked to actually told me the ship is too busy. Our specific cruise had almost 8500 on board including the crew! Symphony was definitely a site to behold and the experience was overall pleasurable. Think we'll stick to some of the smaller class ships at Royal though.

Completely agree that you need to make reservations before boarding (especially for laser tag) however, the shows opened for everyone around 10 minutes before the show and there was always a seat open (bottom section and top section had a ton of open seats during the later performance). We never felt crowded once on this ship. The Oasis class ships allow passengers to move from one end of the ship to the other, by a lot of different avenues. Other large ships have choke points and force everyone down one hallway. I liked that you had lots of options to move around. I did like the jogging track deck because there is a separate seating area in the back where you can just sit and watch the world sail by. Love that aft view as well. The crew we talked to love the bigger ship but admit that there is a lot more work than on a smaller ship. They do like that they can have separate cabins and there are also better things on the new ships like better internet (to call home). On Symphony they have even have 4 crew bars which is kind of neat. Completely understand liking a smaller ship over a large ship. It comes down to personal preference. 😊
explain the speaker to kill noises
Hi there, it's a USB powered speaker (links in description) that plays anything your phone plays. We have a white noise app on our phones that we play through the speaker. It drowns out any and all noise of people moving furniture or talking loud, banging on walls etc.
