Good job for informing the time allocation for planning station both old and new OSCE format. 👍 You may also use the abbreviation " EMATARID" (verbs) for nursing interventions . E- Explain M-Monitor A- Assess/Assist T- Teach/ educate A- Administer R- Refer I- Inform D- Document
Again Emer these are all very helpful videos and thank you for your time and effort. Just a friendly input, some testing centres required the date to be present on the 're-evaluation date'. My friend had to resit the planning station because of this.
@@EmerDiego Emer please my friend had a feedback of not writing date and time of care plan.. please where is it written for she is to write soon. . Thank you.
Hi, Emer! Would it be possible to use pain as a nursing problem if the pain scale is 2/10? The patient had pain reliever already but I haven't ask what was the pain score before the taking pain reliever.
Thank you for your reply. I have additional question, I heard from my cohort that the nursing problem I used during the first take cannot be changed when doing your resit. Is this true? Because my feedback was that problem 1 was not relevant. So im planning to formulate another problem.
Hello, Sir Emer! I would like to ask if the nursing problem "Joe is at risk for dehydration due to frequent urination caused by diuretics." is also acceptable in this case?
That is fine just make sure you have enough information to support the problem you have identified. And of course the interventions should be relevant . Good luck
Sir ask lang po, pag community set-up po then careplan is for decreased mobility, applicable po ba ung to be re-evaluated after 4 hours? Or should it be after next home visit? Hope masagot po. Salamat po. Godbless po.

In stating the nursing problem/need, do we need to follow the nursing diagnosis format? [problem-etiology-defining characteristics]
