Not necessarily. You only need to summarise the drug history and probably mention the appropriate medication you had administered when you discuss the interventions given.
Are we allow to read from scenario paper while giving handover such as his medical history and medicine or we can only read what we wrote in our given paper?
Hi, Ucee i don't fully understand your question. but I will try and answer, during the evaluation station, the assessor will give you a different set of observations which will be written on the scenario. This will enable to compare the recent observations from the observations you had during assessment station. Best of luck
