I actually really like bullseye on attack, he is a ton of fun to play and once you get the perfect release down its pretty easy to do.

This testing really doesn't make much sense, since you stop the fight too soon after getting PR for it to really take any effect.
That 9k damage is just the difference in damage between the SP2s, the SP1s, and the 5 hit combo between.

Plus one would have to think of people with lower level rarities or ranks.
