3 types of space, Bhutakasha - physical space where all the heavenly bodies are floating, Chidakasha - where the thoughts are and Chitakasha - is where the consciousness or Brahman is. Such deep knowledge, it makes sense when Gurudev explains it in such a simple way

How sweetly and simply Gurudev explains such profound wisdom! Just by listening to this, I felt so expanded and centered. Blessed are we to be receiving this knowledge 🙏🙏🤩

Thank you for this video! Yes, I used to wonder "where" exactly I am in my body! My takeaways from this talk... "The whole universe is one organism".... And that the self space is lively, dynamic, it's not static or dead. Reminds me of something else Gurudev has said elsewhere, "the moment has a mind of its own"... perhaps the entire fabric of the universe moves together every moment, and it appears as if different parts of it have separate identities, separate wills.

Having an inclination for spirituality is a blessings.
What is the basic substratum of creation including mind, emotions, breath etc...?
Where are we in the body?
These questions help me to silent the mind chatter at times.
We really need to feel that Oneness to rise over hatred.
I have experienced realization of Self and as stated the first noticed change has been the absence of hatred and scarcity of dislikes.

Ego is a covering on the self. Ego is likes and dislikes, if we can rise above these and just get a glimpse of the space that we are we start living this knowledge. There 3 types of ego and that there is no need to get rid of the ego. It will remain. Rajsik ego, tamsik ego and satvik ego. Gurudev I am every grateful to you for giving such amazing nuggets of wisdom on this very aspect in absolutely easy to understand and apply techniques in the Happiness Program itself. If any circle is considered & the centre of this circle is considered also one small circle which has also the centre, it means centre is nearer than nearest although in linear consideration the circumference of that considered circle is farther than farthest from the centre then question arises, *upto which circumference my existence is, what is that boundary?"The real journey of searching the boundary of this circle/the horizon starts from here...
