Love is not something that one do, but love is something that one can become. One can become “love” if one knows to manage his thoughts and emotions in a joyful and blissful way.
Love is simply unconditional acceptance of what is. Thoughts and emotions arise on their own. It’s precisely in the moment when you attempt to “manage” these manifestations that you lose contact with love. Attachment to certain thoughts and emotions and aversion from others is ITSELF the duality that fragments and corrupts. When anger arises, accept it unconditionally. When a thought arises, observe it, and accept it. When you attempt to “manage” your thoughts and emotions, you divide yourself from yourself, and from the whole flow of existence. This is the cause of all violence and misery and suffering in the world. To find bliss, simply stop chasing it and it will appear.

What if someone attacks you your wife and children on the street because you wear clean clothes and they think you got possessions (or any other scenario thats bad and not wished for)? He says duality is light and nothing, but its actually god and the devil :D! Satan still not there? This video just bunch of random words making no real sense, we need god to help us against evil and darkness and loneliness, anger, despair, god is the answer to everything.
