For anyone that got stuck like me: They didn't create a button to get out of the macro editor. You have to close the tab you openned it into as he does in the video. It's been six years since the video aired, but the feature still doesn't exist.
Hi There, I am looking for automation process to creat service request. On daily basis we are getting bulk service requests through mail in excel format. Is there any way by which we can upload same excel and service request gets created automatically. Pls suggest. Sanket

When setting the Due Date value with Macros, can you only set a specific date? Or could you perhaps set it to be dynamic, such as TODAY+3?
Relative dates for Macros (like '3 days from Today') are supported in Spring '19
Can you use variables such as a contact, opportunity or account name?
