I'm having a problem with the reports, when I choose a report type there are some fields that are not available that I need to put in and if I go around choosing another type I am not able to find the other part. There is no way.
If it's a custom report type you are defining, you can specify the default field you always want to default to each time you are using the report type. You'll do that during definition. Just double click the fields you want and check the "Checked by Default".
