- This is an easy wrap for using with a stone that has no holes and has a triangular or teardrop shape. I am using a triangular shaped Pietersite stone from Namibia.

Great video, thanks! I like that you showed us how you do this in real time. Good instructions, and beautiful results. I’m finally reaching the point in my rock hoarding that’s its time to stop filling dishes and jars and do something more with my treasures! Lol!
I hear ya... I have so many tumbled stones that need some love! And all the beautiful ones I've purchased over time like this one😄
Thanks so much for watching! I appreciate the comment. I am so glad you liked it and best wishes to you with all your treasures to be wrapped🤗
Thank u so much. I watched and automatically did it. You give great directions.
Thank you! Best wishes✨🤗✨
Thank you. I've been looking for different ways to wrap undrilled stones. This is a very nice design and I think I will be able to follow your well-given instructions. Thanks again. BTW, the stone is absolutely gorgeous!
Thank you made it look easy
Thank you souch i really learned so much from your tutorial ❤
Thank you for a wonderful tutorial, love that the wire doesn’t overwhelm the stone.
Thank you so much! I like to let the beauty of the stone shine thru. To me...the stone is the true masterpiece. Best wishes to you🤗

You are so welcome! ✨

Thank you... Much appreciated💕 Best wishes to you!🤗
Wonderful. Thank you. I have wrapped three already. I wish I could send you pictures.
That is so good to hear thank you! 😃 And I would love to see. You can send them thru email if you want. My email is houndinrocks@gmail.com 💫
I love how the scarf around the bale looks. This one is so pretty, it just accents the stone and although it looks like a “simple” style, with less wire, it makes it so pretty, and definitely I am NOTTTTTT saying it was simple haha! Just the simplistic nature of your art is gorgeous 😉 if that makes sense 😉
Beautiful work marlaina, I mean it, just beautiful!
Thanks J! I'm glad you liked it. I tend to lean more towards the simpler designs so that the stone is still the main showpiece. I've tried more elaborate designs and some have turned out well but most have not and just took over the stone. Plus, the more frustrating the work the less likely I'm going to sit and do a bunch of it haha! This was another design I just came up with playing around and it turned out so pretty and it was so simple again I had to share this one. I tell you trying to wire wrap in front of a camera is almost just as difficult haha! Appreciate you watching bro. Have an awesome week man. Cheers😎🐾
Love this! And I love that stone!
Thank you! That just made my day... So happy you like it. Cheers✨
Beautiful.
Thank you so much. Happy Holidays!✨
great Job
Thank you☀
Looks great 👍👌😊 keep up the good work. Nice to see you continue your excitement for this art.
Thanks Tony! I've been really enjoying it. Now I just need to start making my own cabs/pendants to wrap haha! Hoping to get a course with Garry when this is all over. Take care out there🤗
Very cool my friend 👍👍
Lovely 🌹 and it's look not to difficult
✨Thank you✨
That does have nice chatoyancy!
Oh man...i've got to get more of this stuff😄🔥💕
The finished product was beautiful. It looks easy but at the same time it looks complicated to wire wrap. I most likely would get my fingers all tangled up in the wire. Do you need allot of special tools to wire wrap? I might give this a try. Some thing to do while I am stuck at home. I got your email now I really can't wait.
Thank you! You don't need much. Pliers and cutters and a bail maker are the main tools...but the straightener sure is nice. Of course you'll need dead soft wire too. 20 gauge is a pretty standard size...easy to work with. 🐾
I love the copper with the colors of that stone. And what a stone! Did you buy it rough and polish it yourself? Thank you for another nice wrapping lesson!
Thanks so much Gwynn! I'm so glad you like it☺ I love that stone!😄 I wish I could say I did polish it myself...i bought this at the Fall Festival of Gems last year. But I'll be keeping my eye out for rough this year because I know it's around, I just didn't get my hands on it. It is amazing material. Happy Wrapping🤗
@@MarlainaAtkins Well when you do find some can you let me know where you got it I would love some. It was really beautiful material.
@@northernrocks543 absolutely! There should be some at the Fall Festival in November this year. I will pick some up for you if I come across some. We can work something out for payment. But I'll have to admit, it is not cheap, just letting you know. That little piece I just wrapped cost me $11. But if you watch my Fall Festival video, I show the name of the vendor I got it from. You can possibly contact him and set up something as well. It's moving on up to being one of my favorite stones. Just Bea-u-ti-ful!💕
@@MarlainaAtkins That sounds good thanks.
@@northernrocks543 hey btw, your package is on its way! 😎🐾
But what ab anti tarnish wire? Will that still tarnish? I like wearing my jewelry like all day for at least a week at a time before I switch to what crystal I’m gonna use. It honestly depends what I have wrapped and how I’m feeling.
Great question! When purchasing wire... If it says it's non-tarnish wire, then it will not tarnish. If it says tarnish resistant, then that means it's COATED with a non-tarnish material, that COULD tarnish IF the coating is broken/scratched. A lot of people use tarnish resistant wire with no issues for long periods of time. So either one works well...but anything that says non-tarnish is your best bet. Hope that helps! Cheers
I Have been searching for pliers like yours and I can’t find them anywhere. What brand are yours and where did you get them?
I buy mine on Amazon... You should find them there😊
The needle nose pliers are from Xuron... I love them!
The bail making pliers are from Beadsmith...
"You're gonna wanna.."

Lmfao people! Lets be friends!? I think ya still gotta earn that. I get it on my channel too. Can we be friends......well you can comment anytime lol. Love your videos Mar i watch them twice.
Lol yeah it's kinda weird. I see them on mine and a lot of other channels to. But they seem to be watching all my videos and making nice comments so I figured I'll leave it alone for now.
@@MarlainaAtkins they're spam bots. Just block them.
Music is sooo annoying!!!
Thank you for your opinion. Best wishes to you✨
