Yeah.. you get used to how to touch.
If you really hold the thing without fear it doesn't burn that much.
But if you touch with fear, with a light touch it burns too much.

You can even use the shells like wood for camp and cooking fires.
The leaves make good building material
and from the outer husks you can make ropes.
Bro, I am pretty sure the tree with the forbidden fruit in paradise described in the bible could as well just been a coconut palm tree.
You need pretty much nothing else than those trees to survive.

When he said if we had been eating organic early on we’d be stronger today, absolutely and there would probably be less illnesses and diseases as well. The comment about Dwayne Johnson was so funny.

In chemistry terms, anything with carbon is organic. So, that means all food.

I seriously can’t explain how this resonates with me, oh the simplicity. And your wisdom about life and about cutting out the middle man for our food spoke to me. We try so hard to get things at a convenience, but with every advancement is a step away from the richness of life. Your energy just goes to show that is true. I’m from America and it’s the exact opposite lifestyle and moving away rapidly, never ever to return. It’s very sad, I only hope I can move to a place like this and truly enjoy life the way it was intended.

I love the part when he says that this smell is the smell of a man providing for his wife and family, of actually doing things for her and the kids. It's a simple message, but a powerful one, and one illustrated beautifully.
