@@dondonatek1124 yeah, it’s good that a server based on the interaction between people doesn’t have one main character and everyone has their own arcs, although some are definitely are overshadowed.
I mean... when they took Carl thay pretty much made him John Wick. Who cares about disks when you can blow things up.
Tommy genuinely sounds like a little brother who can't accept he's wrong and is just making points to no avail after being caught causing trouble, except on a whole other scale

Those weren't even all the withers! They still had like 2 stacks and a quarter skulls left.
phil actually only spawned 11 withers ! (he had 35 skulls) it's still a lot , but not as much as if he had a whole stack

Ikr i thought i would be a massive avengers vs Thanos type battle , but it ended up as Anarchist pig and his hounds mauling a bunch of orphans. While a old man spawns withers and a homeless green tellietubby bombs some restate .
Yeah honestly you need Wilbur in these kind of things he just adds a level of story and honestly mindless combat in minecraft like what techno was doing isn’t very fun to watch. Maybe if someone like Tommy had better tactics it would have been more enjoyable
Dream sounded so evil and psychotic in the end. Acting like tommy was a toy to be played with. He has really gotten into the role of a villain and is doing a great job playing the part. His acting has also very much improved

@@Michael-uq3rj I wouldn't say Dream or Technoblade is fighting for peace, most of the major conflicts were caused by tommy and dream fighting over the discs since the discs were rightfully tommy's since. Dream is just fighting cuz he hate L'manburg because they broke away from his country in the first place, Dream is technically a government, which is kinda hypocritical of Technoblade for siding with him. Technoblade aint fighting for peace either, he is fighting for the purest form, anarchy. The whole point of a government is to keep stability and peace in an area. Anarchy will just cause chaos since their are no laws, which is the complete opposite for peace. In actuality, in the long run, Technoblade promoting anarchy can backfire, since nothing is stoping him people from looting, killing and destroying each other, including Technoblade. People from former L'manburg or anyone who opposes him could just travel to his base, kill Carl, loot it and burn it. If Technoblade does die once, it would be the end for him. In actuality, there is no wrong or right. Both options are crappy, but having a government is waaay more preferable than having absolute anarchy. That is why on the side of L'manburg, since having a government over anarchy is waay better. People shouldn't make an excuse that Technoblade got betrayed by Tommy twice, because Tommy got betrayed as much, if not more. Tommy had been betrayed by Wilbur, Dream, Tubbo, Nikki, Schlatt, most of L'manburg when Schlatt took over, Fundy, Sapnap etc.
@@adhitya858 you make good points, but I have a few things to mention. Why can’t anarchy be peaceful? I mean, it’s not like it can’t be. People can live on the server as they please and do what they want. I mean techno himself was living off the grid, and he did alright, so why can’t they do the same?
True, the discs were rightly his, and dream doesn’t like l’manberg, but 1, this disc war has gone on far before l’manberg’s creation, 2, Tommy willingly gave those discs up for the people of l’manberg so wanting to get them back, even though they are his, basically invalidates his noble sacrifice, and 3, despite Dream’s distaste for l’manberg, he was willing to let them live in peace and not bother them.
Technoblade doesn’t like Dream. The only reason he decided to side with Dream was for mutual benefit, because even though they have different motives, they both had the same objective, to turn l’manberg into 2b2t’s spawn lol, but regardless technoblade does not believe in dream’s beliefs. He even says it himself that they’re not friends and that this is merely a temporary partnership.
As a matter of fact, Wilbur’s initial and true vision of l’manberg was actually anarchy. L’manberg was merely a group of people who wanted the freedom to do as they please, and to escape from the tyranny of the higher ups of the SMP. Everyone could do what they wanted, and they basically just built their own mini society. But when L’manberg started discriminating against Americans, holding a rigged election, and generally just using their power for not good stuff, Wilbur had realized that he became the sole thing that l’manberg fought against. A corrupt and tyrannical government. This is why he went insane and destroyed l’manberg, because he realized how easily he managed to fall into a governmental position.
And he was kinda right. After l’manberg was destroyed (again,) after techno’s threats of saying he will stop at nothing to make sure another government won’t rise in the others place, tubbo said that instead of being a government, they’ll just be a coalition group instead, but slowly but surely, l’manberg fell back into its governmental aspects.
I mean, the Vice President, tommyinnit, committed arson against a kings house, denied allegations until found guilty, was given minor punishment before escalating the situation and getting himself exiled. Tubbo didn’t stand up to quackity when creating the butcher army, despite being President and knowing this was a bad idea, they raided Phil’s house
( a l’manberg citizen ) without a permit, mocking him in the process, and taking his compass that was rightfully his before putting him on house arrest for no good reason.
They hunted down a man who was trying to live out his life free of violence, and coaxed him back into his ways, threatened his horse for leverage against him and executed him without even giving him a fair trial.
This is what Wilbur feared. And this is why he realized that it was truly never meant to be. Tubbo did his best, but ultimately, it didn’t work out. ( sorry for the novella, but it’s fun to write these. )
I love how tommy's statements contradict with each other and that everytime technoblade makes a point, he changes the subject or tries to turn it around with seemingly unrelated statements. It's just so entertaining.

All but Dream, Techno is in the right but had a villainous persona and Ranboo still betrayed people so I mean that also has to be put into consideration.

Their tactic of killing the withers first was the worst decision they could've made, new withers kept spawning and Tommy knew how many wither skulls Techno had available.
A better tactic would've been to kill Philza to prevent the spawning of more withers; then to keep Techno busy with one team while another team takes on dream on the obsidian.
Techno is the master of the art of war, Tommy is but a novice.
Killing Phil would probably anger Techno more honestly- if you watched Techno’s or Phil’s stream you’d see that Techno gave him a totem of undying in fear of him dying, so that would’ve been bad. Plus, he still had 2 more stacks of skulls he could’ve gotten if he realized he had more.
He would get angry they tried to even touch philza the eithers would be stopped but the distraction was so good they forgot about dream so leaves only our 2 phil would retreat and technoblade would defend him in ways we cant understand when they get to dream tho I know that dream has a end crystal fetish he eould kill the teams and techno eould come back and stuff so they were fucked either way taking your items and running away was the best think they would have done
If Philza's died, Tubbo and Tommy will also get a canon death by being brutally killed again and again by Techno. And l'manburg will just be nothing but bedrock, no more ground, no more building

ok, first he joins the side that opposes the government most the time, thats his personal goal, and most people on the smp have one including tommy, tommy's goal is getting his discs back and he sacrificed the discs for lmanburg, might i add the only reason you teamed with techno in the first place is to get your discs back, and techno is the single only man that can beat dream in a single fair 1v1 fight, just because he has a personal goal and wants to achieve it doesnt mean he's selfish, he just has his own goals, also he even said to you that he is going to destroy lmanburg and that tommy could "sit it out" he doesnt even ask your help in achieving his goals yet he helps you achieve yours and sure his goals were to get his weapons and you helped him but still your goals are so big and hes helping you achieve them and you just stab him in the back?

To be fair... I think Techno has more of a 50/50 chance of beating Dream in a fair 1v1.
I mean, Techno did beat Dream in Mr. Beasts challenge.
But Dream beat Techno in that other tournament.

He was mad because techno was on their side. Tommy has a you're either with or against mentality, it's very black and white. Your either a hero or a villain. Whilst in reality it's grey. Tommy believed that killing Tubbo was an act of betrayal and that now he was the villain. Also Techno, probably could have killed everyone in the festival so to Tommy you can't really use that as an excuse. To Tommy, Techno betrayed them so he can betray techno. In the end they are as bad as each other

Techno betrayed everyone once on the act of peer pressure, he also gave many people a lot of supplies even going as far as to give 3 of them a home. Tommy always just gets exiled, gets help, betrays the helper, then fights in a war to save L'manburg. Even in the war he doesnt do much of the fighting but more of the yelling back at the enemy especially this time around. They are not the same, one is a lot more loyal then the other. I believe that though Techno's actions are extreme they are also justified to an extent. It fits his character and the only time he lied about his intentions was in that one scene where Techno had deleted one of his addendas in the book he showed to Tommy before writing it again right after. But then again, Tommy was becoming increasingly close to him and I think he enjoyed the company so he didnt want to fight over something so small. In short, Tommy has trauma and can't make one right decision, Techno was right but didn't execute his plan in the most peaceful way! _Thanks for joining my Ted Talk-_

When Tommy called technoblade a tyrant I lost all respect for his CHARACTER

Tubbo was actually making a lot of sense. The problem was that he has te second weakest moral backbone on the server (right behind Ranboo) and gets pushed around easily.

it always bugged me that tommy (from what i’ve seen) never told lmanberg just how strong techno was. he had a whole dramatic betrayal, but didn’t even bother to tell his new allies the full extent of their enemy’s power. he knew what was in technoblade’s vault, and he knows that dream has access to insane amounts of tnt. telling lmanberg to fight the withers first, completely ignoring dream, not telling lmanberg exactly what he knew the enemy was capable of, tommyinnit is a horrible ally. if they at ignored the withers and targeted dream or at the very least technoblade, they could have done better. techno wasn’t causing much damage. he was just running around killing. they might have given him his first canon death; sapnap got him down to about two hearts and he was half health a lot of the time. philza was constantly spawning withers, faster than lmanberg could kill them, so that couldn’t be helped. they could have tried to keep dream from his redstone by getting in his way or knocking him off and avoided such a massive explosion.
All true... but you can’t forget, it is scripted. Not the lines per se, but dream and techno were going to win anyway
This is true and to think they have a day to prepare and strategize what they could do about the invasion and use their land to their own advantage. I think it would have given the battle much more excitement since it would feel like they really put up a battle but they spent the time together in speeches which was not that helpful.
I think targetting Technoblade would have been bad, it would make it easier for the Withers to hit them. And with Phil constantly spawning them, it wouldn't help having an entire army of those three headed monsters zeroing in on one big group. But I do agree that they should have went for Dream.
i think techno's role here wasn't really to cause damage, cause they've already talked with dream and he was told to just do a "many vs 1" to distract them all from dream setting up his contraption

So, there's a saying: "You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villian." I think in the future, I think Tommy might take that roll as the villian.
probably, he probably gonna hunt dream and technoblade, john wick style, probably will do it with tubbo as well
and maybe he will have his canon death either killing dream so they both fall since they both are definitely the duality of “villain/hero” or attempting and getting close to doing so

(If he would try to kill dream he would had to grind for like 1month to get netherite full enchanted armor and weapons and go on adventure to get more than 10god appels and we know between grinding or stealing they tried to grab ranboo stuff)

In total, while dream was fighting over 150 UA-camrs, he only died 10 times: 6 times to Techno (Though only 2 were in 1.16), 2 times to Fruitberries, and 2 times to P0land. These 3 people are the only people who've thusfar proven they can stand up to dream.
As for Techno, well it's actually rather simple. Technoblade just never dies. He's planting potatoes, he's studying the book of a Chinese Warlord, and he's carefully studying Minecraft, because Opportunities Multiply as they are Seized... He's been able to win a 1v4 in DreamSMP, a 1v6 in Minecraft Monday, and a 3v26 in Minecraft Ultimate, because Technoblade never dies. He won the duel against Dream 6 to 4, because Technoblade never dies. He literally beat Minecraft on Hardcore Mode with a Steering Wheel, because Technoblade never dies, and if Tommy thinks he can kill Techno, he has another thing coming, because Technoblade Never Dies.

if both of them died fighting each other it would be thematic and impactful mainly for the fact they both have been fighting each other since the start, the disc war started with both of them and end with both of them, thats the duality of them both, its a more interesting story if these could happen then just dream wins cuz hes powerful and tommy isnt, thats boring everyone knows dream would win.

Exactly. It's not Tommy's place to decide wether he could forgive Techno for him doing something to another person. If the person affected forgives him, he shouldn't hold a grudge just because he was angered by the situation.

"Nothing was taken from you here." That line is so wrong coming from any of the characters' mouths, especially Tommy's. Techno lost all of his trust in anyone who isn't Phil, he also lost all of the people he considered friends because they were too ignorant to listen to him. The government also tried taking away one of the few things he had left. They even tried executing him after taking his horse hostage and threatening its life, just because they can't get over his "betrayal" of them when they betrayed him by creating ANOTHER government. Does Techno's ways have flaws? Yes, but he is still in the right most of the time. He may be committing horrendous warcrimes, but it's for the better of the people. Phil lost even more because of government. Phil lost his son, not only that but was forced into killing him with his own hands. Just hearing the line "Nothing was taken from you here" is enough to want to double the destruction of L'manburg.

I noticed the water that was originally there was gone. I assume Dream removed it with sponges or something since he knew the destruction wouldn't be nearly as bad if he left it.
I just noticed the sponges, and tubbo said their preparations have been sabotaged. I think dream drained their lake when they weren't looking and destroyed their supplies.

I think the phrase "Forever Unfinished", has a more hauntingly beautiful meaning now. It doesn't just mean L'manburg, it means Dream and Tommy's story. Poetic and tragic and brilliant all at the same time.
I really like what they're doing with dream being a sadistic manipulator and Tommy trying to defeat him, I just hope Tommy actually needs to undergoes some character growth before his victory, to give it some more weight.

While Tommy's reaction makes sense, I wouldn't call Technoblade's actions here betrayal. Betrayal requires a degree of dishonesty, but Techno was always upfront about his motives. It's more that both of their objectives happened to fall on opposite sides.
