- NSXs are aging. Most people don't drive them but a few thousand miles a year but rubber doesn't last forever. Be proactive and replace your boots before they crack and make you replace your entire ball joint. Honda doesn't sell ball joints separately, so they'll make you buy complete arms or knuckles which will cost you thousands.

Below is a list of the OEM p/n for all the ball joint boots. Note, many of them are the same p/n.

Any videos on how to replace whole rear knuckle? I have a used one in good shape and i want to swap it.
I don’t sorry. But it’s pretty straight forward if you have the correct ball joint presses. Watch my video on ball joint tools. You pretty much just need to pop ball joints, remove brakes, unbolt the axle nut and unbolt the wheel bearing. Slide the wheel bearing off and you can access the ball joints.
Are your front lower balljoints as loose as those ones? Would you say those ones are safe to drive on despite the looseness?
yes definitely safe. Looseness doesn't matter. What matters is play (if there's movement due to a gap). If you have play, then you should think about replacing them.
