I was recently diagnosed with Lynch syndrome and MSH 2. Are these the same thing or are they different. I have also been having mammograms and sonograms every six months due to lumps being found they biopsy them and they come back benign but my mom and her mom had breast cancer. My question is with the breast if the gene test for gene showed variant of inconsistent and now the MSH 2 along with positive for lynch does that put a woman at even higher risk for BC snd how do we know the percentage of the bc risk? I also have endometriosis and a bladder disease called interstitial cystitis does that also put a person at higher risk for endometrial cancer? Thanks for any feedback.
