Beautiful boat. Built right around the corner from me here in South Jersey. I believe all the Valhallas are built in the old Ocean Yacht facility right up the river from Viking. Been there a couple of times when I use to do marine electronics about 15yrs ago. Those new Merc V12s are monsters. They are even bigger when they are out of the water. The steering is pretty cool. Kinda like the Volvo-Penta system. The one thing that’s nice about any of the Viking boats is that they own there own electronics company so they are in house right with builders and they are using the same materials as the wiring guys. They might even be the same people on these Valhalla center console boats.
If you go to Key West my uncle Tom owns a local dive bar down there. It's the Purple Porpoise Pub. I'm sure he could also hook you up with some of the secret fishing spots, he's been down there for over 30yrs

Been Awhile, Hope all is well Parker. I worked at Ranger Boats for 15 years, Building & Finishing Bass Boats & Salt Water Intercoastal Boats. Down in Arkansas.
70mph and 170 gal of fuel per hour is just insane. I’m thinking how can I pay for my toddlers Seizure medication and my extremely painful cavity. Oh to be rich what a life.
Just buckle down and start your own business brother! I started small by myself and moved up too where I am now! It’s stressful doing but it’s worth it in the end! I started alone with used equipment that I leased doing landscaping then turned to doing finish grading too doing all the grading work. Then too having a building crew. And now all we do is build custom air handlers and chillers electric panrls for big hospitals, google,& Tesla! It all starts somewhere brother! You just gotta have faith and handle tons of stress and clearly you have the stress part already and understand that. And I started it all after getting out of the military with a tbi and putting every penny in the business and just got by for the first 4 years and never profited anything just kept putting it back in. But brother I’ll keep you and your family in my prayers! But I promise start small and build from that! It takes time and it’s tough but the light on the other side is well worth it.. being your own boss is way harder then being an employee but after 12 year’s I finally found that light on the other side that I thought I’d never find!! I’ll add you but if you ever need anyone too talk too or anything I’d be more then happy too be there and try and help steer you in the best direction in that fight too become a successful business owner! Stay safe and god bless you and your family
That is so cool! Im just curious if there is any real reason that the boat needs that much power other than speed and being cool? I am not going to lie, if I had the money I would do the same thing so I am not hating on it. I just wondered if there was something that I am missing.
Its basically a luxury they enjoy and can afford, speed is a factor in every sport and thats what it takes to push that weight across water. Bad ass boat and would be cool to be in a tournament with them on it but thats just not my thing, i appreciate dirt too much lol

$77k each for those 600hp v12s...fuck that! A ferrari 812 engine isnt even that much. Paying near $250k for 4 engines that only make it go 70mph is just stupid😂

sooo 1800hp only 71mph for that boat. definitely heavier lol but we had a 17 foot seapro lmfao with a 90hp yamaha she'd haul 50mph all day. but way lighter so understandable and also it probably cost less then 1 motor of them 450 lmaoooooo I'll stick to the little fishing boats that cost to much to go out on
Only 71mph with 1800hp? LOL! I was doing those speeds and much faster at 8 years old in Lake Conway around Orlando with my father's 1979 AMF Slickcraft 26' "GetAway..." It would do over 100mph on a calm day with the twin-inboard 350 Mercruisers and I've many fond memories from that boat which he still owns to this day! It can be seen covered in my "Father's Day" content about to premiere in the next 24 hours.
