Excellent presentation of a superb performance! Audio & video top-notch. First heard David Sancious perform this as a solo piano piece live onstage in the early 1980s, touring in support of his LP "The Bridge", which I then duly scurried out to buy. Sancious opened for another band, & it's probably not without reason that I can no longer recall who the headliner was!
Glad you're liking it. If you're not familiar with David Sancious, his music doesn't fit inside any "box"... David's music spans quite a range of styles! Check out some of the other videos others have posted that play tracks from previous albums.
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and glad too that you recognize and appreciate David's talent. There are many out there who do appreciate David's prodigious musical gifts and what he brings to every musical collaboration. It's a very special sauce!
Jeff!!! YES!!! This latest, "UA-cam Re-Upload" from the uncompressed Quicktime Movie is AWESOME! UA-cam can handle it now! And Jeff, Wow, it's been 5 Years since we recorded this Concert!!! (David Sancious with Joe Bonadio Live at The Union County Arts Center, December 2, 2005)_ ~Still remembering how much FUN we had recording this Live with David & Joe.... Awesome Times! ~BigSmiles, Geno Gene_Leone_Mix
I'm looking forward to people finding this version of the video ... it's much better than the original upload ... fatter audio, better stereo separation, crisper video. If you've watched it and liked it, please comment! This needs to get bumped up in UA-cam's standings! Thanks! -Jeff

Love this even after all these years.
I think what most enjoy about this vid is David Sancious on keys, is totally a drummer!

Joe Bonadio impresses me as much as Sancious. A very sensitive drummer.
