Of which working time: approx. 30 minutes
Ingredients:
• 80g (3 oz) butter
• 50g (1.8 oz) sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 250 g (9 oz) flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 200 g (7 oz) breakfast bacon
• 2 pears (approx. 250 g / 9 oz)
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• 250 ml (8.5 fl.oz) milk
A 2L (.5 gal) container (8 x 8 x 22 cm / 3 x 3 x 9 inch) should be used as a baking pan. Have fun baking :-)
