  • Laura Semeria and her husband Dominique wanted a slower pace of life when they settled on buying land in the Cheverny appellation in Loire. Here, they organically farm 30 hectares of vines that produce all the wines at Domaine de Montcy. Laura and Dominique are also one of the few producers in the tiny appellation of Cour-Cheverny AOC, where the obscure old Burgundian grape Romorantin is cultivated. Natural yeasts, no enzymes, and overall gentle wine making practices are employed to create the wines at Montcy.
