Nice video Tris. Always nice to see a model railway show video showing off everyones hard work. Intresting seeing some American prototype their as well.- Nicholas.
It is an amazing place... obviously a large group of very talented people who share the love. Nicely done, thanks for the look in for those of us too far to get in.
Thanks for sharing your visit to this train show. I really enjoy seeing layouts built by others. As a Yank it was particularly nice to see some nice looking contemporary US prototypes in the mix, including one with "shoving platforms" (converted cabooses used by crews for long backup moves).
Nice to see a layout of Dawlish Warren!! A great location for a holiday or a train spotting weekend!! The shame is that it’s too concentrated on diesel locomotives rather than Great Western steam ones!!
Nice to see a layout with a Routemaster or RT bus!! To me, it MUST be in a Greater London location!! Or at least, a location to which London Transport sold buses when London was silly enough to sell them on!!
Thank you for a great video, Tris. WMRC have got some fabulous modellers in a whole range of scales. It was a great idea to put on a more modest show instead of the NEC, although we can all hope to be able to get back to the big one in 2022. As an aside: In addition to the superb modelling on show you captured a bit of retro 'builder's bum', and a reminder that civility still struggles to break through in the pandemic with one character coughing repeatedly without covering his mouth 🙄

It was my pleasure and yes there were some nice American Locos running round.
Thanks for sharing this video Tris and thanks for coming along, nice to meet you also. Andy
It was great to come Andy and it was a pleasure to meet you too.
Nice to see main line layouts as well as layouts depicting branch lines. This is what shows are all about!!

Hi Tris, thanks for sharing this…some real nice modelling on show. Thank you…all the best, Chris
Hello Chris, my pleasure I’m glad you liked it 😊
Lovely Southern shed layout. It has to be a Southern shed for there to be a King Arthur, a School and so many other Southern locomotives.
I was contemplating going, but decided to go to the Alsager show, as its only 1hr away rather than 2hr drive to Warley, so thanks for sharing
Well you got to see both in the end then 😊
The layout only finished on Thursday looks too small for me to be able to see to put a layout together. Is it N gauge or 009?

Hello Eric, It was indeed. As for the NEC I have no idea but hopefully next year we can enjoy the large Hall in Birmingham. Take care

Thank you John, I can’t wait to see the big show next year. It was in 2019 which got me into the hobby again and then started the channel.
The Great Western layout with pannier tanks pulling the trains is run the way my second layout will be run with locomotive running around the trains.
