Love the message of the video- I don’t mean to nitpick but one thing I did notice was how you included spear fishing as an example of overfishing. Terrible! Why not include the obvious commercial fishing trawlers (both legal and illegal) that are the main culprits for the depletion of our ocean’s ecosystem? Spear fishing is literally the most sustainable and respectful way of hunting.

Realist here. The way things are going/have been, not going to happen. People need money to survive, said money is given by high level executives, here, to fish. More fishing, more money. Who's going to turn that down? Need it to live. And then these high level executives don't care what happens to the ocean because dramatic effects won't be in their life time, therefore not affected by it. This cycle of putting off responsibility will keep on going until the last executives are facing death, then it's too late.

Literally, you watch something like this. Take a massive step back, and tell yourself, wow we really f@&ked up this planet. It's heartbreaking and you know it's irreversible. I couldn't believe what it will be like to live in 200 years from now.

Where did the gas and dust come from 4 billion years ago? Did it just magically appear? Why was it gas and dust instead of something else? It could have been water or a reindeer or Sonic the hedgehog. Just asking.

I'm not a big fan of sea food as I only like few things about sea food in contradiction with the culture of my city which we have a lot of sea food here as I live in a coastal city. I'm not vegan and I love the good beef and priced ham to be honest.
Just my thoughts on fishing is that I hate all fishermen that they are plundering the seas for business.
They believe to be the owners of the seas and they catch all they can.
I think there's a big difference between the wild catch and the breedings.
Catching wild animals is WRONG in the sea or on the land.
I remember when I was younger I was in a small town here in Italy where I used to go for holidays in August but that time it was before summer maybe late spring or early summer as I remember I used to go there for weekends too before the long holiday in August.
Well I was at port when dozens and dozens of ships have arrived with hundreds of big tunas more than 4 meters longs and up 500 kg. each.
I remember they have a luminous scales on board to weight them.
They were monsters with some beautiful fat bellies.
Not sure but I think some males tunas were following some females as I know.
It was a very rare event and a big affair but I heard somewhere that they throwed many tunas away into some caves because they din't have more space into refrigerated trucks, as I said that was a small town and an unusual fisghing.
Something that never happened again in about 30 years and will never happen again.
All that tunas could have given birth millions baby tunas today and instead?? something that I will never forget.

Why show spear fishing when talking about over fishing ? Why not show these supertrawlers or the factory ships serving multiple trawlers at once ? A spear fisherman taking a dozen fish a day doesn't even take in a lifetime what they do in a minute !
