Hi William, thank you for doing these videos on ON1 Photo Raw 2024. I'm a hobbyist / enthusiast photographer and are using ON1 for a few versions now. I like it. My biggest issue typically is with a solid workflow. A tool is a tool, a hammer doesn't build a house. The knowledge and insights in not only how but why to do something in the sea of functionality with any tool and a solid workflow to efficiently and quickly achieve it is my big difficulty. Sometimes I get myself lost with all the things you could do. I don't edit enough on a regular basis I suppose might be one issue :).
I understand it can be tough to spend time getting a solid workflow. Perhaps one way to do it is to create a challenge for yourself to process 1 photo a day for 21 days.
I know the order of adjustments and effects matters. As in every photo editor. But I agree, no more experienced or photo professional explains this on UA-cam. In my view you make your photo technically correct first meaning crop/composition, the right shadows, highlights, midtone, contrast. Correct whitebalance, remove colorcast. Only then apply local adjustments and after that effects, with one exception; curves. Why curves is not a part of the standard tools but an effect is totally oblivious to me because I think it should be.
Great video, as always.

I figured out that it doesn’t work well on JPGs. But better with RAW images.
