Driving in Algiers - From Jolie Vue to Gue de Constantine

On this trip, I'm driving from Jolie Vue (Kouba) to Gue de Constantine via Ali Benhabiles Street and Wilaya Highway 13. Although Ali Benhabiles Street offers direct access from Kouba to National Highway 11 (Benaknoun Highway), it suffers from a lot of congestion. I filmed this on a rainy day.
