2022 I passed the CDL Test . Thanks to this video and all the others . Brakes and Combo's in maybe 15 min's with 3 mistakes all together . General knowledge with only 2 mistakes maybe 15 min's. Thanks Allot . But might I add ; I wrote down every important point . And then rewrote it , so it looked better on paper. Read it and re'read it multiple time's , Listen to the video's on replay like it was my favorite song . Driving ,Cooking, Washing dishes , Taking a dump . While reading the lyrics I wrote . Did 3 0r 4 different types of Practice test because you never know how the Question's will be arranged on the actual test. Patiently read the questions don't panic. And you can pass this test and be on to the next step to your goal. Go early in the morning . I was the Very first person , I was standing at the door when they got there ; Listening to this doing practice test on my phone . Knowing I was going to blow this test away. And I did Sooooo'''HAPPY New Years MF'sssss( I passed it on the 29 Dec.) Douglas Ga.

Professor, please clean your nose or drink hot tea before you start the video taping. you sound like 5 years old. The materials you are teaching is good, but need to be upgraded. The laws are been changed. Please add mere examples, samples, actual parts, how it's done slowly, and explain little more. Teach like a Teacher, not like a Professor. Those who come to be a trucker, are a new creature in the industry. No nothing, a new baby. I passed my permit test just using videos only for the CDL. I went in 3 separate times and did the general, air brakes, and combo test at separate times so I didn’t have to cram in so much.
lov3 your videos, these helped me understand combination and air brakes for my cdl. would it be possible for you guys to create one explaining hazmat and tankers also? emphasis on the hazmat one. I believe some people would appreciate it.
I am just finding this after missing 2 to many on my combination test. Mostly due to the hand brake/trolley valve/ johnson bar questions. And a specific mention about a trailers manufactured before '75. Ugh I was irritated because my brain had kicked that out and I should had known that one be the obscure piece of info they would use to trip you up on. So be AWARE for NC. Dollies or trailers buit before '75 were not required to have spring brakes. You will want to chock the wheels on the trailer due to the air brakes leaking down and no longer holding after a short time- when uncoupling.
A common rollover can occur on a straightaway when the trailer drift off the roadway... and the driver pulled it back on the roadway... the solution is the drivers needs to slow way down and re-enter the roadway!

O on each trailer if your pulling more then one trailer (multiple ones) you have to check the brakes at each back of the trailer for each trailer
