Sorry for the bad quality, I will try to make better quality movies in the future.
I have just installed my new Trident pipes/mufflers (Stainless Steel, UK) and wanted to make a small video showing the difference between stock and Trident pipes ;)
You can hear a strange nose when I put the new pipes on, this is because I had a small issue with one baffle. I could get it for free from Trident Exhaust website.
In real the sound is even more louder and deep. I would say similar to an Harley-Davidson stock or even AfterMarket pipe ones ;) Trust me, the sound is SICK ! (you gain around 6hp with these as well).

I have also made a Re-Map (Race tune) at my Triumph Dealer (recommended). Baffles are amovible (+2hp, +8db) but I think it's better for your neighbors not to remove them xD

I couldn't film too long because the sound was quite loud and I didn't want to bother my neighbors (I will maybe make another video of me riding it one of these days if it can help someone to decide which pipes to buy ;)

@@MartyrShadow Thanks Ten. Two more for you though: Do you consider it too loud for Switzerland if the baffles would be removed? And what happens if you do not map the sound new? Does it still sound good? Because the ones in this video are pretty damn cool brother
@@Mustrum_Ridcully Yes, if you remove the baffles then it's definitely too loud! Even though it sounds really nice! If you do not map the sound then I think it's fine but its better to do it if you can. I don't think thats complicated to do (any dealership can do it for you for like 40 bucks).

from were you get your additional paper in Switzerland? i have a Speedmaster to but is not easy to find exhausts for Switzerland with the additional papers.
To be honest, if you want to get a nice sound with a Speedmaster it's almost impossible to get the papers for Switzerland... That said, these pipes are legal for EU but nothing specified for Switzerland... Nevertheless, no cops stopped me or anything like that because of the noise (it's very noisy though) during the 2-3 years I had them. Now I am riding an HD V-Rod Muscle with Vance and Hines and never had any issues with the Police either. Ride safe!

A new bike is nearly 11'000 CHF but you can find plenty of second handed Speedmasters now days :) By the way I am selling mine if you are interested (check on anibis.ch)
2013 and carbureted? I thought they went to EFI in 2007
It's EFI not carbureted :)

This is actually a very good question, I don't remember the website but I searched for blacked out crash bars for Triumph and finally managed to find one!
How do you have a choke on a 2013 that should be efi?
Cletus R all Speedmasters EFI has choke I don't know why they added it but its pretty useful in winter!
It isn't choke, it's only set the idle to a higher rpm. Maybe bc it gives a old style emotion like the EFI in the look of an carburator system.

Salut! Merci pour ton message. Malheureusement non, mais je n'ai jamais vraiment eu de soucis avec la police car avec les chicanes ça passe. Faut simplement faire le changement (simple) avant l'expertise.

Sounds like a generator atleast in the before section.
Yes, but the before is really quiet and it's a same for such a cool looking bike.
