Hello everyone, what a week it has been! The response on the Chopin Etude has been absolutely crazy!! Thank you all for sticking by every week, there's a lot more crazy playing to come ;) It's been a while since the last cover video, and I feel with this channel there is an opportunity to introduce classical music to more mainstream audiences, but also to help classical audiences appreciate simplicity in music as well - as musicians we strive to evoke emotions through our music, and although not everyone feels the same about pop or electronic music, there is no doubt that it does just that for a large portion of the world today. A lot of you have been asking for easier pieces to learn too, so here is a simple improvisation I did on Happier by Marshmello and Bastille. Enjoy :D

There's just something about this piece. Even without any lyrics, it gets across all the right emotions, it's incredibly moving.
Hey man, I know you probably won't read this, but I suffer a lot from panic attacks and anxiety, and whenever I start feeling like I'm gonna collapse I always lay on my bed and play one of your videos. I too suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and have always used the piano as a release. I've only just discovered Rousseau but wow, instant relief / relaxation. How amazing it is that music can instill a calm in us unlike anything else. Stay strong

This was my gf favorite song, and this piano version makes me very sad, many memories, now she’s gone... it hurts.. if only she just know right now how much I love her, I would have gave my life for her. She always told me, I want you to be happier... Every time we had a struggle, we listened to this song, and we forgave each other for our mistakes. No other girl can compare to her, I’m not in love anymore. Call me simp or whatever you want. But, she is one in a million, like I always told her. When she had depression, we both talked for a whole day, trying to laugh each other, always helping her in her English lessons. Now I moved to the states, I can’t go back, and I live with a sect of Socialist Christian ppl that force me to believe in yesez. I’m stuck here...
