Great video and super helpful! When you did your cruise check in the weeks before do you have to still pick an arrival time? Or the fact you're coming by bus transfer then negates the port arrival time? We usually sail with Disney, this will be our 1st with RC. When you sail on DCL and take their bus then you get to go right away through the terminal. Is it the same with RC in ravenna here?
Can you tell me more about how you book this port transfer? I don't see it in my Royal cruise options on the website. Thank you . There is still 5 months before our trip.
When you first got to the People mover - Do you know how many busses they had for RC Explorer? I assume there were many based on the number of people in the line. Were the busses and lines clearly marked or did you need to ask where to line up? (meaning were there different cruise line busses lined up) Thank you for the video!
Yes there were many buses. We all were in one line and they just direct us which bus to go to when we got to the front of the line. As you can see in the video, bus agents have a list of the names who signed up for that time of transfer. There’s a 9 am and 11 am transfer. There were no other cruise lines that time.
I’m not sure about the train. We took the RC Port shuttle which took us straight to port and that took us 3 hours from Tronchetto. If you take the train , you have to take another transportation from Ravenna train station to Corsini Port. FYI, there is an RC Port shuttle from Airport as well.
Yes we paid 90 euros water taxi for 5 people. There are alternative public transport. RC transfer is $116 pp round trip. Call RC to book prior to sailing.
Very informative Noreen! Daghang salamat! 👍

The way to book is to call Royal Carribean.
Yes we did choose an arrival time but no one checks it upon embarkation.
Have fun on your cruise.

Did you mentioned 90 euros for water taxi from San Marco to isola ? How much was the RC shuttle bus?
Yes we paid 90 euros water taxi for 5 people. There are alternative public transport.

We have paid 45 euro each for our RC shuttle next month. We will just use a ticket on the vaporetto to get from out hotel to Tronchetto.
@trishloughman5998 I guess the shuttle price goes down off season. That’s great.
