Hey!! Not sure if you’ll see this message but just wanted to share this with anyone willing to read it! Salvation Army thrift stores are owned by the Salvation Army Church. They use the profits to run women’s shelters, homeless shelters, rehabilitation centers, provide underprivileged children with school supplies, meals, and opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have. It’s a pretty cool organization. As someone who grew up being blessed by many of these opportunities I just wanted to take a second to advocate for them 🙂 thank you for your time!
I actually LOVED the leg plant holder. UO has a table with legs like that, I think it's adorable, but the quality stinks according to reviews and I don't really like supporting UO anyway because of the fact they steal designs from people, etc. etc.
I really admire the fact you don’t wear leather, so many people don’t realise it’s even animal skin and don’t understand why people don’t like it 😔 I love and respect you so much Tasha 💖
At 7:00 those silver mirrors priced $4.99 beside the piece you were looking at, they are from dollar tree. It's crazy some of the things ive seen in the thirft shop that are from the dollar tree that are priced more than $1.
So fun! Try adding a waist cinch clip (cute ones on Etsy) in the back of the dress to give shape if you don’t want to commit to a belt. That lace is too good!!!

I love Katie. Thrift your heart out. I have watched her since she was living at home and now she is married. Katie gave me a love of clothes that I had lost in the years I lived in scrubs while I had my career as a dental assistant. After becoming disabled I found that I really had nothing to wear. Now I have a gorgeous wardrobe. All thrifted or at deep discounts. And I am now working on a capsule wardrobe. Wow. I love the thrift store your in. I see lots of things for resale. The deer carved on the wood would be great in a cabin. The vintage glass bowls I use to make jewelry stands. I know people make them from dollar tree items but I think the vintage china makes gorgeous jewelry stands. I think the chicken feet I would use in a farm house kitchen with a plate and just kitchen items on it. The flower box I would use in the powder room for magazines. Orange jumper.sorry. But that’s is your color. It’s my color too. Love the lace dress. Worth having altered. That mirror is so nice. Would love to see your sister in a video. That Bud jacket would sell really well. I think. That second dress with the tiny flowers. I had one like that in the 80s. Fun. I know I was too late to participate but it was fun anyway. Leslye

I dry them first, then wash, and dry again! And I would suggest if you buy pillows/bedding to do it at a laundromat before bringing home.
