1. Your x,y,z axis system doesn't follow right hand screw system.
2. Unit matrix is written in the right side of x,y,z column matrix.
I think, that should be written as[ X]' =[ I][X]' . By ' I mean column matrix.
Please check. I am sorry, if I am wrong.

You should know the concept ...that's it ...mathematical calculations come with practice ...if you feel that you're weak in mathematics, make your chemistry stronger.... You can deal with mathematics ...just practise a lot ....practise to gain the confidence ...that's all what is required !
