Oli says in a interview that this song is not about religion but its about believing your self. For example people are raised to believe in The Lord and stuff when they are young but Oli said when/or if they ever find out The Lord isn't real they will become a shity person not caring about the consequences so this song is about believing yourself instead a being that you don't even know is real and instead of being a good person for The Lord be a good person for yourself and the people around you.
I love the song but it is about what he’s saying but it’s also a big middle finger to god. He did say all that in an interview what the person said in the comment above but idk, I don’t believe that people who become atheist after being a Christian become shitty. You’ve been shitty the whole time.
Altough there were other songs with the same vibe like house of wolves and antivist, i agree in "fuck your faith" lyric is the reason they rarely play this song
@diazjubairy1729 It is true that several of their other songs include atheistic themes, House of Wolves and Dear Diary being two of the most popular, but this one is probably a little too on the nose. Like House of Wolves for example is more like a song aimed at self righteous, religious people who use religion to control and manipulate others, while Dear Diary is more about feeling angry that God has rejected you and your loved ones. This one is way more explicitly targeted to Christians and their beliefs.
@@jeux2322 it might be because of the lyrics, Jordan Fish said in an interview that he was excited to play this one live, and unfortunately it was never played more than once
i'm not gonna just put another "rip screamo bmth" however i do wish they had released another alt rock ep like alongside 2004 - 2013 before "amo" That's The Spirit was an amazing album and to see them go from alt rock/hard rock straight to a more pop rock sound just puts me off a little bit "amo" is a masterpiece for what it is, but it's essentially "if bmth went pop", which just seems a little odd even though the album has been out for over a year, but that "Music to" EP is just not my thing
Try survival horror now haha, I feel like it’s a mix of everything they’ve done so far and for sure heavier than amo, I honestly love it, although I think that’s the heaviest it’s gonna get for a while cuz they’re releasing 3 more post human EPs with different vibes
+mr.DubStepCat ! Bc those aren't so in your face with it. I mean he sings "fuck your faith" and "the faceless won't save you" in crooked young. It's not too bad those other songs they're not too hardcore with the anti religion. Btw these dudes are sell outs, sounding like linkin park now all of a sudden
They need to play this song way more often.
Avii May spoiler alert: they didnt
@@pitchstrike6468 its anti religion so yea they can't afford social media drama
This is the only time they've ever played this
Bruh, such a good song. They’re all good anyways
I'm guessing the Fuck your faith doesn't play well with most people
this song is underrated and underplayed till this day
Thats true :(

Im the only one who want to watch a live performance of join the club ? :/
renato rockossio I Really do and Chasing Rainbows
This song is so class live. Wish they would add it to the set list
The lyrics are probably the main reason why they never play it live except this one time. Probably became controversial

Ok that suck :( How did they play that for yall and not us. I was there the first day.

they said that music to was an experimental album, like in ? ft halsey it sounds a lot like in the dark from amo, i dont rlly listen to that album tho

There is any live videos of this song in youtube ?
they only played this song once, idk why they didn't play it anymore
Fuckin awesome!
Que canción por favor.... Dios santo ....
Pero como dices Dios Santo si la canción critica la religión, jajaja xd, es broma
They don't play this song live because they don't want to offend any religious fans in the crowd
+sam hughes so why they play the house of wolves? or go to hell for heaven sake??

The house of wolves:"What you call faith, I call a sorry excuse"

100% not true
sam hughes you made this up
