Nebuta House Wa Rasse is a cultural tourism exchange facility in Aomori City, located in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture.
Opened on January 5, 2011 in the Aomori Waterfront area on the east side of the Aomori Station platform.
In addition to the preservation and tradition of the Aomori Nebuta, the basic concept for the maintenance of the area around Aomori Station was set up in June 2004 to serve as a base for sightseeing in Aomori, and construction began in March 2009. .. After that, in March of the same year, the name was decided as "Nebuta no Ie Wa Rasse". This is the first Nebuta-related museum managed by Aomori City (Nebuta no Sato is a tourist facility operated by a private company).
The name was chosen by open recruitment and is a combination of the best work "Wa Rasse" and the best work "Nebuta no Ie".

At the terminal installed in the information corner, you can browse the Nebuta archive and perform the "Nebuta test (5th to 1st grade)". A special magnetic card is required for the Nebuta test, and information such as the current grade and score can be recorded. The cards required for the test are sold at the reception on the 1st floor (300 yen per card), and you can challenge the test up to twice a day. The card has no expiration date.

・ Exchange study room-You can practice Nebuta Hayashi and experience making Nebuta.
・ Exchange Square-Holds photo contests.
・ Exchange Hall-Performs performing arts. Since it is a small hall, no big event will be held, but on February 1, 2014, NHK's radio program for young people, "wktk Radio Gakuen," was broadcast live.
In addition, music events may be held in the event hall.
