I think barring cheating or abuse, everyone deserves a second shot. We all make mistakes, and just because a partner decides to end a relationship does not make them a bad person. Sometime we have to walk away/lose what we have to realise how good it was. Relationships are highly fluid and we have to adapt.

But we reconnected and kind of got into a situationship with her which lasted a good 5-6 months and nearly got back together at one point. She ended it and has continued monkey branching. Im wondering if I was a rebound for her rebound? As for me I eventually moved on and found myself in a new relationship with an amazing girl who was 1000 times better than my ex prior and our connection was amazing. we dated for over a year and i messed that one up but the communication was a bit bad on both sides throughout the relo and the issues built up in the end and we thought it couldn’t be worked on. But looking back, yes it definitely could have been worked on. I tried to get her back recently and said we can work on this and that I’ve worked on myself. but now I think she’s in the beginning of a rebound relo after only a month. So now I’m back here! Back to healing and for this new ex I do want her back because we connected so well and I’ve worked on my mistakes and still continuing to work on my flaws. But now it’s just a matter of if she will be back and will I have moved on by then, and again I’m asking myself would I want someone that chose someone else. I find this interesting because my Ex has been in a rebound relationship with a guy for a few months and clearly hasn't moved on as she asks about me constantly. Hi Crawford. I’m sorry to hear that. That is certainly a painful situation to deal with. The cold truth is that a breakup is a symptom of bigger problems. Something stopped working for your ex which caused a drop in emotional attraction. As painful as it is, stop asking her questions. She could answer every question honestly and it still won’t be enough because our brains have a tough time dealing with rejection. The past is just a story we tell ourselves. Take care of you my friend. Work on you and get yourself to a place where you’re in amazing shape mentally and physically. It’s going to take a while but I promise you will be okay. My Ex of 14yrs left 4 months ago and got into a relationship basically the next day and moved in and all that, we have a 12yr daughter and lived together 13yrs. What more closure is required? “Closure” is just an excuse we tell ourselves to pursue what we want despite already knowing that outcome.

The body is built to survive, losing 20 lbs for 170 lbs man in a month is not harmful of done correctly, you make it seem like its impossible. And well i lost 40 lbs in a month from 280 to 240 by fasting and working out 1 hour 5 days a week. And eating way less. Now im ay 200 and happy im 6'3 and muscular as well.. so please stop forcing the idea thay is always harmful yes it can be but yes its also possible without it being lol
Where did I say fasting is harmful? For the average human being, dropping 20lbs In 4 weeks is not sustainable, practical or enjoyable. Most people who drop weight to quick put it back on and then some due to severe metabolic adaptations. So no, that’s not safe because the cure then becomes the disease. Dude 280lbs is a lot of weight and could be considered over the obesity line when factored in with your height. So yes, for YOU losing 20lbs in 4 weeks Is EASIER compared to someone like me who weighs 170lbs. Id have to practically starve myself to lose that much weight that quick and that my friend is not safe. At 280lbs it takes far more energy for you move that around and ironically your metabolism at that weight will burn more energy than my 170lbs would, because I’m moving less weight around. Nutrition is highly individual but when making content I have to cater to the general rule of thumb, not the outliers such as yourself. You do you buddy, and I’m glad you dropped weight so fast but your logic is flawed for most people. So please keep in mind that what I said is for most people. The average human being, not exceptions like yourself. Also, your last statement contradicts itself. You’re here advocating for rapid weight loss by telling me its perfectly safe but go onto say “yes it can be harmful” So let’s agree that both of our positions have been clarified. Rapid weight loss for an obese person is safer and more sustainable compared to an averaged sized human being, but for MOST people it’s not the best or most sustainable approach.

Beverly, I can tell you this. 90% of relationships are absolute dog shit. That goes up to 98% for rebounds. People stay with the wrong people all of the time because it’s better to have a shit relationship than be alone and face how they really feel. Just to give a clear picture I recklessly started the relationship with a timeline of 6months bcoz I was at a better mental place and he was facing depression & mental challenges. Stupid me- I wanted to heal & fix him ( I am in therapy to understand and work on my pattern of attracting emotionally unavailable partners) . I assumed if the relationship goes well we might continue it further but he has this kind of fixed mentality. Not at all adaptable or flexible. So end of the year 31st Dec we exactly stopped talking at 11:59 am 😐. After that I have tried to stay in touch just to check on his mental state but he pushes me away as this was predecided we can’t stay in contact 😓. Even though it hurts both of us. Since the time I have got this info of him trying to date someone from another country I have initiated nc, blocked him from all the social media platforms. Seems like he so very delusional. He doesn’t meet anyone physically, just stays shut at his room and is going through trough mental phase( that’s not my concern anymore as now I am focused on my healing)) his relationship seems more onesided as he didn’t even meet the girl.

I saw my ex's FB page & figured out who he was hiding. He announced he was in a relationship....didn't name with whom. She posts a profile picture of them in his truck, she's riding shotgun looking thrilled with herself & he looks like he wants to be shot. The ONLY thing He changes is to update his cover photo so it shows an ATV he bought 8 months after announcing their relationship. She changed her profile picture after that to a picture of herself alone in her car. Yeah...he values vehicles over relationships....glad he's all hers now🤣🤣🤣👍👍

Why do these types of videos make the person who has dumped someone seem like such a shit person. I dumped the person for multiple VALID reasons even though I wanted to grow with this person, and now THEY are in the rebound relationship with the “friend” I knew wasn’t just a friend.

If you check maybe the last 20 videos I’ve done, at least 2 of them are from the dumpers perspective. But keep in mind, 90% of my audience and one to one clients are dumpees. How do you have all this information buddy? My advice would be to know as little as possible about your ex during a breakup. It sounds like she’s found herself a little project to work on, to distract her from the breakup. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend reconciling with her, given her current actions.
When I found out my ex is in rebound relationship it made me realize how much I’ve outgrown her. I’ve been focusing on myself while she’s running to the first person who gives her attention. But we reconnected and kind of got into a situationship with her which lasted a good 5-6 months and nearly got back together at one point. She ended it and has continued monkey branching. Im wondering if I was a rebound for her rebound? As for me I eventually moved on and found myself in a new relationship with an amazing girl who was 1000 times better than my ex prior and our connection was amazing. we dated for over a year and i messed that one up but the communication was a bit bad on both sides throughout the relo and the issues built up in the end and we thought it couldn’t be worked on. But looking back, yes it definitely could have been worked on. I tried to get her back recently and said we can work on this and that I’ve worked on myself. but now I think she’s in the beginning of a rebound relo after only a month. So now I’m back here! Back to healing and for this new ex I do want her back because we connected so well and I’ve worked on my mistakes and still continuing to work on my flaws. But now it’s just a matter of if she will be back and will I have moved on by then, and again I’m asking myself would I want someone that chose someone else. You will not loose 20 lbs in a month. Here I am 2.5 months after break up loosing 20 kg. In really good shape, bit this still doesn't help a lot when your internals are in mess.

And well i lost 40 lbs in a month from 280 to 240 by fasting and working out 1 hour 5 days a week. And eating way less. Most people who drop weight to quick put it back on and then some due to severe metabolic adaptations. So no, that’s not safe because the cure then becomes the disease.
Dude 280lbs is a lot of weight and could be considered over the obesity line when factored in with your height. So yes, for YOU losing 20lbs in 4 weeks Is EASIER compared to someone like me who weighs 170lbs. Id have to practically starve myself to lose that much weight that quick and that my friend is not safe.
At 280lbs it takes far more energy for you move that around and ironically your metabolism at that weight will burn more energy than my 170lbs would, because I’m moving less weight around.
Nutrition is highly individual but when making content I have to cater to the general rule of thumb, not the outliers such as yourself.

90% of relationships are absolute dog shit. That goes up to 98% for rebounds. People stay with the wrong people all of the time because it’s better to have a shit relationship than be alone and face how they really feel. Hi Nick, my ex got into a rebound immediately after we broke up. I admit i made the relationship looked one sided, didn’t put in effort nor show much care/encouragement for her. She said she was too tired to love me anymore after 1.5yrs. Her rebound is the completely opposite of me however both of us are going to study overseas in a few months and will be staying in the same flat for a year. She is unsure of a future with her rebound due to the difference in stage of life ( 5year difference but same age). What should I do? Im currently on 10days of NC, working on my issues and she mentioned before that we can try again if both of us are single. Just to give a clear picture I recklessly started the relationship with a timeline of 6months bcoz I was at a better mental place and he was facing depression & mental challenges. Stupid me- I wanted to heal & fix him ( I am in therapy to understand and work on my pattern of attracting emotionally unavailable partners) . I assumed if the relationship goes well we might continue it further but he has this kind of fixed mentality. Not at all adaptable or flexible. So end of the year 31st Dec we exactly stopped talking at 11:59 am 😐. After that I have tried to stay in touch just to check on his mental state but he pushes me away as this was predecided we can’t stay in contact 😓. Even though it hurts both of us.
Since the time I have got this info of him trying to date someone from another country I have initiated nc, blocked him from all the social media platforms. Seems like he so very delusional. He doesn’t meet anyone physically, just stays shut at his room and is going through trough mental phase( that’s not my concern anymore as now I am focused on my healing)) his relationship seems more onesided as he didn’t even meet the girl.

I saw my ex's FB page & figured out who he was hiding. He announced he was in a relationship....didn't name with whom. She posts a profile picture of them in his truck, she's riding shotgun looking thrilled with herself & he looks like he wants to be shot. The ONLY thing He changes is to update his cover photo so it shows an ATV he bought 8 months after announcing their relationship. She changed her profile picture after that to a picture of herself alone in her car. Yeah...he values vehicles over relationships....glad he's all hers now🤣🤣🤣👍👍

Why do these types of videos make the person who has dumped someone seem like such a shit person. I dumped the person for multiple VALID reasons even though I wanted to grow with this person, and now THEY are in the rebound relationship with the “friend” I knew wasn’t just a friend.
My friend, I do videos for dumpers and dumpees. I call it how I see it from both angles. I’ve been the dumper multiple times. If you check maybe the last 20 videos I’ve done, at least 2 of them are from the dumpers perspective.
But keep in mind, 90% of my audience and one to one clients are dumpees. So guess where the lion share of my attention goes.
My gf ended it and was seeing a new guy 2 weeks later. She has to pick him up to hang out then has to drop him back off, 45 minutes each way because his license is suspended.He lives in a halfway house, has a curfew, doesn't have a job, just got a dui and has 6 charges pending against him, including one felony. My advice would be to know as little as possible about your ex during a breakup.
It sounds like she’s found herself a little project to work on, to distract her from the breakup.
Either way, I wouldn’t recommend reconciling with her, given her current actions.
