- Hunter: the skill I never thought I’d be able to train, now possible with the updated Isle of Souls, but not as easy as one would expect.

Rules: No interacting with non-attackable NPC creatures, with exceptions made for content that would be accessible without NPCs (e.g. toll-gates), and for insuring pets.
Implications:
1. No shops
2. No quests (mostly)
3. No banking, including no unnoting noted items
4. Limited skills (herblore, construction, slayer, hunter)
5. Limited transportation (e.g. no NPC-driven boats)

In regards to the waterskin spawn I think it's a cool find and only accounts like this TRULY benefit from them existing. In general when the "exception" if this is even considered one because of the boat to get there would be a problem I personally think it SHOULD be fine. The reason being that the fun and goal should be interesting playstyle and not just insanely miserable grind just to be an insanely miserable grind.

I've watched this entire series and love it. You certainly have the drive and potential to be one of the best unique UIM UA-camrs.
You've also grown a lot in terms of your production quality from episode 1-10, particularly with your audio and editing. The first few episodes have some issues with the sound being quiet and sound quality. It would probably take a tremendous amount of effort, but if you still have the original clips or project file, it might be very beneficial to remaster those with voiceovers and reupload them. Unfortunately, lots of people will make the decision to stick with a series within the first few minutes of the first episode, which I worry is holding you back. Currently though, you are doing an amazing job. You just need one lucky break from one of the other big UA-camrs recommending your series, much like how Jeporite jumped from ~1.2k subscribers to 13k in a few days after Settled mentioned him.
Thank you so much, that means a ton to me that you think that. There are so many incredible unique UIM UA-camrs, all with significantly better production value than me, and I appreciate that you enjoy the series anyway =).
First impressions are key, yes, and unsurprisingly the terrible audio for seven episodes longer than it should be definitely and understandably stops people from watching. But after much consideration from a lot of comments including yours, I will remaster the earlier episodes with better quality audio and reupload the episodes. That being said, it's going to take a ton of time, but I think it will be worth it. Thank you so much for your input and feedback, I appreciate it. And who knows, maybe one day I'll get a big recommendation. And also, Jeporite deserves all the praise, so happy for him =).

@@NoCurrencies For the waterskin spawn, I could either run through the desert without a waterskin to get there or I could take the boat from al kharid. The first is risky but there's no risk of rule breaking, but for the second, but for the boat I'm not entirely sure if I can use it, since I can click on it without interacting with the NPC, but I can't tell if it's actually driven by the NPC themselves. For that reason, I'm not sure if using the waterskin spawn is allowed and/or viable for me.
I think you really greatly overestimate the danger of desert heat in general though. It's every 90 seconds and does a max of 10 damage, but sometimes it only does 1 damage, so average of 5. It works out to like 3.5 damage a minute
@@NoCurrencies That's a good point. From the sounds of it, as long as I bring food I'll be okay, even for such a massive distance, so I'll definitely use the waterskin spawn in the future by running there, so cheers for that =)

With eagles unlocked for the desert, is the Shantay Pass out now as an exception?
Unfortunately no - the eagle lairs have been unlocked, but the eagles themselves aren't there, so I can't use them as a transportation system.

Love the series - But I have a huge question that has been bugging me for ages,
Apologies if you have answered it before - I've just never got a clear understanding of this
Why can't you go to Zeah? I understand removing the ability to use the sailor to access, but you could just use a games neck -> wintertodt and never engage with an npc. This would unlock many item spawns and also so much more content for the series. This method has absolutely no npc interraction so it completely follows your rules and would make it so much easier to obtain hunter equipment as you have already highlighted the lands end spawns. Would much appreciate some clarification on this even if you already have. Regardless - keep up the good work, was actually surprised that you don't have more subs than you do :p
The reason is you can't teleport to the Wintertodt camp unless you've already visited Zeah at least once. The only way you can do that is by talking to Veos and taking the boat, and that's kind of a step further than a toll gate exception.
Ahhh sorry I got to this so late! Big cheers to NoCurrencies for answering, but yeah, the teleport to Wintertodt option on the games necklace is crossed out unless you've already visited Zeah once (which requires talking to Veos). I haven't gotten around to answering it before on video, though I probably should at some point =).

@@TangledRS Obviously this is entirely your call, but going by your current rules, wouldn't this be an exception? In theory you would just rub the games neck and teleport, regardless of whether Veos has spoken to you or not. I dunno, I just think you're limited enough as it is, and It'd be cool to see you explore Zeah with no NPC interractions. Given that all house favour would be off limits etc.
Personally, I think that you should be allowed to unlock the games neck tele, and have to use that for any further access to Zeah. But again, your decision entirely.
@@iOneToughCookie In theory, yes, it would work like that regardless of Veos, and as interesting as it would be to unlock Zeah I've chosen not to for a couple of reasons: 1) Veos's existence (and our knowledge of Zeah as a result) is the reason I decided on No NPC-driven transportation in the first place (and have stuck with it including not allowing access to Tempoross), and 2) because unlocking Zeah would open up so much content that it would make all other areas of the game (nearly) completely redundant and I don't think that's worth it. At least, not on this account =).
