You might already know this, but you can totally split rune stacks (or anything else) using a looting bag. The difference is that instead of putting the 200 runes you want to use in the wildy into the looting bag, you put all the other X−200 runes into the bag. Then you can drop (or table) the remaining 200 runes and then go death pile, giving you a comfy amount of time to go pick them back up after you respawn. I did this a bunch while doing wildy content on my UIM. Hope this helps :)
