They might not care. But they could have the meat in glass containers instead. & have people mail them back or just keep the containers.

Caira, loved your video. We tried it. Every Plate is ideal for seniors/singles/couple only. The portions are just the right portion. In fact, since we both are trying to lose some weight, we find some of the Every Plate meals can be divided into 4 portions. One for each of us at lunch and One for each of us at dinner.
Portion control is one of the key ingredients in losing weight. Exercise is one of the ingredients as well.
Would love you to take that minimalist/feminine vibe to (a) video(es) about losing weight. I think you could do well with those. Every Plate, Exercise, and YOU. Sharing minimal exercise and minimal healthy eating in your video would be so helpful.

Thank you!! I would love to make videos about that. I personally struggle SO much with potion control. I have a huge appetite so it is something I am working on as well. One Every Plate meal even seems like a small portion to me lol. I will definitely try and come out with some videos like that in the future!

How long do you have to cook? I usually cook less than 15 mins and still able to eat healtht
These meals take more like 30 minutes. I can whip up a healthy meal in 15 minutes but I like these because I’m trying new things all of the time.
Kinda random but if you put a slightly damp paper towel under your cutting board it wont slide around :)

You didn't mention in your calculations... Was the price you added up for ingredients exact measurements for just this dish? Or would you have had leftover ingredients?
oops absolutely meant to say that! There would definitely be leftover ingredients if you were to buy them from the store. But for someone who isn't around a lot to use the left over ingredients I feel like this is a good option.
Did EveryPlate replace or refund you for the chicken?
They refunded it! I was pretty impressed with their customer service.

My everyplate came and I put the chicken in the fridge, went to make it the next afternoon and when I cut open the chicken UGH it stunk, it went bad overnight
Messege them and they will refund you! That shouldn’t happen.
@@CairaButton I wrote them about the portions too, I paid for meals for 4 people and after cooking 2 of is were able to eat I just wasn't happy at all, first time using them. Was super excited, But....
Ugh that’s such a bummer! I have only ever done the portions for two people, and they aren’t huge but I am also the worst with portion control so i fee like it helps me. I’m sorry it wasn’t the right fit for you!
