This short format - max 10 min. Is great. You listen, then you read transcript and in the end you repeat important phrases. Your study time is around 30 min. For me perfect.

Hey Bob, I feel at the same condition as you described right now, feeling to come down with something.
Then you really had almost everything that comes with a good old flu, Bob 🤒. That's not a nice or pleasant thing, especially when there's a fever involved, although they say that fever is actually a good sign because it shows that the body is actively fighting the illness. But unfortunately you feel, or let's say, you are even more tired and weaker in this state 😴. So it's good that you took some time off and took it easy 😘. Hey Mr. Bob! I’m glad you’re feeling better. There might be sth going around in some parts of the world because I also have been sick. Now I’m not sure if we had the same thing but it did start like the normal flu, and just when I felt I was turning a corner I got different symptoms and they seem to be lingering for quite some time too! When my friend tells me he is sick, May I say" I hope you back to healthy soon", "I hope you recover/rescue soon" ...or some other common ways...
"I hope you recover soon" might be the best answer I think
