First Sunday of Advent - December 1st, 2024 🌟
As we begin the season of Advent, we prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ. Join Pastor Bob each evening at 7:00 PM for a special time of reflection and prayer as we journey together through this season of hope, peace, joy, and love. 🙏
Pastor Bob will be leading this time of prayer each night at both Caro United Methodist in Caro, MI and Resurrection United Methodist Church in Saginaw, MI. All are welcome to gather virtually or in person as we await the birth of our Savior.
Advent Prayer:
Lord God,
As we enter this season of Advent, we eagerly await the coming of Christ. Help us to prepare our hearts to receive the peace, hope, joy, and love that only He can bring. May we be reminded of the light that shines in the darkness and the promise of new beginnings. Guide us through this Advent journey, that we may grow in faith and anticipation, preparing not only for the celebration of Christ’s birth but for His return.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
