1:04: based on the vintage of the vehicles, I am going with ~1950. This red truck looks 1940's and they probably didn't last that long. Should have waited until the end! At 10:14 the copyright is MCMXLIX, 1949 in Roman Numerals.

1949 I was 4 years old living in Manitoba where I was born and raised, now live where it is much warmer in Tennessee.
