1. Omg, Nora’s sweet baby coo’s 🥹🫶🏻 2. 🤯 to no longer sleeping with Beary!! 3. The pupdate was a thoughtful surprise. Mom guilt is so so real, even with our fur babies. Give yourself some grace, you’re doing beyond amazing. Feeling overwhelmed, annoyed, anything and everything else is normal and ok. It’s a lot all at once. Big big hugs to you mama, you’re kicking ass, even when you don’t think you are. Thank you for taking the time to share another great video. 👸🏻
It looks incredible! The updates were small, yet made such a significant difference in the way you get to enjoy the room! I love how cohesive everything feels. And keeping the trim is definitely the move!
🫨😳😬🫤 “She’s crying! Or she’s fussing…No that’s a real cry…Okay.” The faces you made at 3:23 are hilarious! You had me laughing out loud. 🤣🤣🤣 I watched that part over and over laughing to myself. Thank goodness my husband and son where not home at the time because they would have thought I was crazy. I so remember those days but wouldn’t change them for anything. Nora is so precious. Enjoy all the moments. 🩷
loved this video. Your so relaxed, so informal. It was terrific. Just like being there. The last part about your pups was extra sweet. All the licking and neediness was easy to relate to. Just one of your all time best videos ever. Even liked how softly you were talking do as to not wake up your baby. Just wonderful.
I'm a recent dad to two kittens, and I have had those hallucinatory wake up rescue missions when nothing was wrong. so scary. I can't imagine it being about a baby human! You're a great mom.
I adored every bit of this video. I am 10 months pp. Hearing your stories, you talk about your daughter, plants, etc.. just makes my day. You seem so at peace and so happy in this chapter. Leo will be okay, I promise. It takes time for them to adjust to new babies. My dog grew up with my 2nd son. But he’s never really been around babies; he’s 5. He tolerates my daughter who’s just starting to toddle around, following him everywhere. By no means is she his favorite little human, though. He does enjoy the multitude of snacks that come from her, so I feel a shift in their bond is just around the corner. 😂 you’re doing incredible!! Thank you for another great video. 😊
Oh Becca what a wonderful video, so many beautiful plants that you potted up, the Hoya polyneura is on my wish list and I am still looking for one. I love to hear a baby coo, and your sweet little baby girl is so adorable, and I love her name. It is also wonderful when a fur baby loves our children and they are like our babies. I wish you a wonderful rest of your week, sending love and hugs, bye! 😂😍🤗👋🙏👍🌹🌺🌼🌱🪴🌵🍁🌿☘💜💜
Thank you for spending the time out of your day doing a video. It can be hard to juggle everything but relish this time with you baby. Everything will workout in the end.
It’s interesting how some animals behave around newborns. We had a German Shepherd when my son was born. She latterly slept under his crib. If he was sleeping and she was under there and people came over to see him, we had to tell her it was okay and to let them in the room. VERY over protective of her little human ❤️😊
If Leo knows and feels just as loved as before (which I’m sure is the case) nothing to worry about. I think it’s when you start showing them the opposite that things might turn again you, but from the looks of things they are just as much loved as always.
Dogs are such noble creatures. I believe they are truly not of this world. They just seem to know when it's a child or a helpless person. They tend to love children. The only dogs I've known that didn't like children is when the dog has not ever known a child and they've grown old and the children make them nervous cause they're so active and loud. But most dogs love children.
several years ago I had a fishtail Hoya. A huge pot. I think I got it for less then 20 at a Home Depot. I kept it for years. My favorite Hoya. Unfortunately we had a thermostat malfuntion and I lost an entire room of plants. Some came back over time, some replaced- the Fishtail met its demise. that was 3 years ago. Now they are so hard to find. Fish tails. love them.
Completely relate! I’m a new mom, my baby is now almost 10 months, I can totally relate to the doggo adjustment to a new baby. We have two dogs and it’s the same dynamic, one wants to constantly lick our daughter and the other dog (my baby) just wants to be near me. I feel your stress! Your not alone 🥰
When I have a sparse philodendron I twist all the vine along the surface of the dirt and use Bobby pins at several points to tack the vine down to the dirt. Usually ends ups making the aerial roots take root and shooting out lots of new growth points.
At 14:04 just take the one vine and wrap it in a circle and bobby pin the vine into the soil. When I have a long one string like that I dust rooting hormonr ovrt the nodes then tack the one vive down into the pot and cover with light soil and waterand just wait for it to all root. Then it makes the center of your plant bushy til it takes off.
Definitely one thing i missed when had a baby is sleep. The first year is the hardest. Especially night feeds. My husband would do the night feeds when he is off work the next day which usually is Friday - Sunday. Also he doesn’t go to bed until late. I usually push the last feed the latest like 11pm or midnight and give formula milk so they be full and don’t need feeding like in 3hrs. Then older they get 4hrs etc. I only did breast milk during the morning and day as is hard to know how much they drink. Also when they sleep i sleep so I don’t be exhausted.
Mud Dabbers Pottery in Brevard NC has GREAT pottery. We’ve been buying from them since I was little. My mom has plates from them that are at least twenty years old.
If your looking for new handmade pots I love ceramist/artist Nickie Gunning! She has her own website and has open studio time if your every in the Pontiac MI area!💚💚
Hi ,by the way Becca how is Nora about the pacifier thing my children are both breastfed and either one of them like it they hated it maybe of the the feel of it.Anyway it was fun to hear her on the background i really enjoy the video your plants are so nice thanks and regards❤
I wish we could see a move away from sphagnum moss. It isn’t sustainable. Even the ones that claim to be sustainably produced are hard to trace. We have options.

Aww Leo misses the attention 🥰 It will get better, I promise. Love hearing Nora coo, so sweet 🫶🏼💚
Happy baby noises are the best background music ❤ I do love that Hoyas make use of all my pretty, small pots 🪴

Leo sounds like a 1 year old big brother who just got a baby sister. He’s trying to find his place with everything.

My favorite type of vlog of yours! 💚
Aww!! Hope you like this one :)

My dog is named Cooper too! And you’re fixing up your house just like in Junes Journey.
Loved this video! Your cleaning music was so fun!

I had to stop sleeping while hugging a pillow because of the nightly newborn panic attacks! So wild.

With my oldest year one was easy and she slept. My youngest keeps the hours of frat boys. We slept in shifts. I took 8p to 8am shift with her.
I just ordered those little cups
Really like your pottery
You're looking fabulous!
Good job Cooper ❤, what a good boy!

the pups just staring at you through the glass at 4:03 took me out 😆
Bahahaha allll of that space to explore and they just stand at the door 🙃😂
I have a 3 week old baby and every morning when I wake up holding my pillow I’m terrified I’m holding her too!!! Strangest feeling!

You learn to strategize with your time! Lol
i always try to leave spiders on my plants they eat the fungus gnats and other pests and are completely harmless to people and animals

I’m constantly moving my plants around and thinking of what I can do differently. 💚🪴
It’s so fun!!
