100% BTW, I know it's not practical for most people, most of the time.... but I've gone way back to the "old school" methods and now leave home with a full cup and a thermos for the rest of the day. Not only does it spare me all of this nonsense but I end up saving time and money and have a better cup of coffee to boot!
I am with you Kathleen, especially on the ostentatious use of Italian for their sizes. I too refuse to use it, although as I hate Starbucks on general principles, I almost never go into their shops!

At any rate, it's really great to see you here, but please don't use the 'portrait' format for videos. It makes you seem miles away and like the audience is looking at you through a keyhole. Which, while that does have a certain thrill element for me personally , doesn't look as good as 4:3 or widescreen. Anyway thanks for all the laughs. You're the best.

Usually comics exaggerate the truth to make a joke, but she didn't embellish at all. When she describes the people who hog an entire table for four, just for themselves, I'm reliving my first venture into a Starbucks. I was still between the double sets of entry doors and yuppies at every table were throwing their coats and scarves over empty chairs and sliding laptops over to claim clear table space.

I want to have a conversation with an $8 an hour coffee maker about race relations before I drink my first cup of coffe in the morning? I have a coffee maker, it's made by Mr. Coffee, and all it's wants is to make coffee for me and everyone is happy.
I use to work at Starbucks, it's busy as hell all the time! We just want to make drinks, and go home, not have long conversations with people! So, I agree with everything she said, and friends that still worked there hated that stupid race idea!!
