I prefer your technique Dr. Yes the scar may be a little longer. But you went in removed quickly and were done. I believe a lot of the other sites squeeze cysts out for the benefit of the viewers not because its better for the patient. A job well done.
This was not a blackhead or pimple but a large cyst under the skin. On the back, the skin is thicker than other areas. The stitches have to be larger and left in longer than "normal."
This is the wrong way. The correct method is to drain the dirtied blood from the cyst with a small incission. You don't have to go all the way to slice everything up surgically.
If you knew what you were talking about you wouldn't use words like "dirtied blood." Extracting the cyst intact increases the odds AGAINST recurrence. Watching a few Sandra Lee videos doesn't make one an expert. Her approach isn't the only acceptable way of cyst extraction.
There is a lady called Dr. Sandra Lee, she gets on my nerves because she is really unprofessional and I think has a crude sense of humor when it comes to her patients problems... she not at her job at all and she puts too much numbing she’s annoying and she doesn’t cut right, I like you a lot more! Great job!!
Wrong ! Lance , drain, remove sack. suture him up. You didn't need to cut a hole in him. Anybody could have just cut the thing out. Did you think you were impressing somebody by removing it whole ? This was bullshit.
Hello Paul Brown. I clicked your name and did not see any videos showing your experience. Maybe you are confusing excision with Incision & Drainage, which is helpful when a cyst or boil is infected and swollen.
All the cyst including the surrounding sack was excised. The chance of it coming back is around 10%. However, anyone who has one cyst, has a almost certain chance of having another. This is not their fault or a lack of proper cleansing. Epidermoid cysts are genetic. There is almost always a family history of the same.

Love the energy and skill level!!! Subscribed 😁
The numbing injection has an ingredient that temporarily squeezes shut the blood vessels so less or no bleeding.
I agree with Dixie Rae, Good job ! Cut it out and be done with it !
Your skill is amazing!
what a butcher!

Someone else said what a butcher. My thoughts exactly. My god I hope I never cross paths with that doctor. I say doctor loosely.
