    Suspension on 390 is adjustable including rebound at the rear. What you showed as hard looks like the hardest setting, if you set faster rebounds, it will become soft. Remember, softer shocks means lesser stability, which can be an issue in highway speeds and corners. For 310, it's soft always and cannot adjust for roads. Also for offroads, softer isn't always good. 390 has suspension adjustablity which again can be tuned based on road/offroad

      Ok bro let’s start with the suspension adv 390 has a suspension travel of 170 mm front and 177 mm rear whereas GS 310 has both 180 mm suspension travel. So even with the max soft range it can’t match GS and even if the suspension is soft we can’t sit on that stock hard seat for so long on touring conditions where as GS provides it without any modifications. Yes bro it lacks cornering stability due to soft suspension but remember it is not a sport category vehicle it is an adventure tourer which still performs better on corners. Soft suspension becomes hectic sometimes but GS compensate it with a low centre of gravity which adv 390 hasn’t and remember we can’t adjust centre of gravity 🤷🏽‍♂️ what I explained in this video was for the purpose adventure touring gs 310 justifies it’s price . And for off-road conditions apart from the lighter weight and higher power figures ( lacks low end torque) GS 310 is still better from my experience. When we talk about off-roading we must consider the saddling ability also so that’s what I explained. It is not like I hate adv 390 or it is bad for it’s price just explained how the fundamental requirements of an adventure tourer are provided by the other bike 🤷🏽‍♂️

      You sure GS has a better center of mass/gravity? Check that again please. With 1 cm increase on a rather softer suspension on front doesn't do justice when compared to FULLY Adjustable suspension which the KTM has.
      Of course they both aren't sports, but like you mentioned, adventure touring bikes. That doesn't mean you will ride straight on corners, if you need to, the 390 can be set to a stiffer setting for those who love corners and combined with the cornering ABS and traction control, which the BMW doesn't provide on 310, it's rather safer any day. And last but not least, I've ridden 300-400+ kms in single days and know people who ride more on the 390 without getting their butts roasted. I don't know how it compares to GS, but it's subjective. I'm not talking about service cost, network, spare availability etc. but if you insist, yes I will 😅

      @@rob-o bro first watch the video properly I have already Said that adv 390 is more safer and has lot of features 🤷🏽‍♂️ yes GS 310 has low centre of gravity and it is near to the front wheel . Bro GS 310 also excels at corners the only problem is that you need to be a skilled rider again “ I HAVE MENTIONED IT IN MY VIDEO “ the lower centre of gravity means more lean angle which can affect your cornering if you are a beginner 🤷🏽‍♂️ have you ridden a GS on long tours then you may know the difference even with the short test ride I took the comfort was no way near to GS 🤷🏽‍♂️ no need bro I have already mentioned the service cost and it’s breakdown on my previous videos 😊 if GS can provide good cornering ability with the softer suspension and comfort I personally don’t want adjustable suspension bro and one more thing can you please tell me about saddling on adv 390 the posture? Again you are not getting the point of my video please watch the conclusion in which I clearly said that “ I PERSONALLY PREFER BETTER BASIC FEATURES AND ROAD INSTINCTS THAN FEATURES IF YOU PREFER OTHERWISE GO FOR ADV 390 “ 🤞🏽🤜🏽🤛🏽

      @@rob-o and what about the low end torque bro ? GS has better comfort and better riding posture for longer rides if you want a naked like performance then all the way adv 390. And that mtc turn on off thing can be annoying while off-roading 😊

      Bro adv rally edition which is the higher variant and still GS provides a neck to neck competition then you know the answer. But GS 310 is a little bit expensive to maintain if you are willing to pay that much money for maintenance then it’s an easy choice but if you are not then I would say go for 390x which is less in price and we can easily maintain too. For me GS is better but know your preferences and decide accordingly ❤️ 😊🤞🏽🤜🏽🤛🏽

    Why no talks on meter ,cornering abs …adjustable shocks are not for adjusting heights bro ,its to adjust the travel 😅 just TFT compared to extra addon accessories 😂

      please watch the video properly I haven’t claimed anywhere that adjustable forks are for reducing the seat height I just stated that if you adjust rear suspension relatively seat height also changes . Which is correct. bro I have told that “ suspension is a lot to talk about and will post a video about that just know that when we reduce suspension travel which will eventually reduce seat height “ ( 10:18 ) please know the difference. And even with the max travel it can’t compete with GS 310 ‘s 180 mm suspension travel ( adv 390 has 170 mm front and 177 mm rear ) . Yes bro I’m comparing tft with external infotainment system because we can use gps assistance , will get dash cam and tyre monitoring system . Please watch the video properly bro I have appreciated the features of ktm and explained that I personally would prefer road instincts than mtc and cornering abs.
