I gave up on advance 3, I should revisit it. Now that I have seen you do it. Chun li is my favorite character in SF6 so far.
She is great, and better with the new mechanics, but def a harder chara to used

Great Vid. 4:03 just found that you only need one quarter turn in the air which is 6236 because you were holding 2 before so one turn was already complete.

Struggled on 8, I can’t input bHP to HLL that fast on stick but I’ll try that short cut to downforward after the HP like you did later

I use the controller instead of this stick and I cannot the intermediate 10(part 2): after the jump medium punch and I jump again and do the stomps, the opponent always lands or the stomps always whiff
Great video as i am trying to main Chun Li in sf6. One request: Can you do a short tutorial on the air stomp stomp into Hard Punch Hard Punch. I see Oil King consistently do it in tournaments. I can't do it consistently.
If i get a chance, i might make a short, i am super behind in my list, in the meanwhile, put a movie on and go in training mode and mess around ♥️
Do the 1st stomp near the top of the jump arc. Delay the 2nd stomp. Mash HP after the 2nd stomp.

Something about buffering supers within other abilities during a combo just isn't clicking for me. Like, in Intermediate 10, I can do the lightning kick into the super when I practice JUST that part, but once I try and do it during the combo, all I get is the lightning kick. The super just refuses to come out...when I'm trying to do it on stick. I can rattle off everything up to advanced 2 on the Micro
could you do this with a controller or tell me a video of someone that can do chun li combos and shows them with pad? im struggling a lot to connect combos with serenity stream

The timing of the lp into command hp is still making me suffer to this day. I always make it a habit to complete combo trials for a character before jumping into online matches, and I've yet to play her online...this has been my main character across every game since 4, but now I'm struggling...feels bad man

Hole middle 2 button, and dash dash,
This should be your go to method,
You dont have to do the forward dash forward, this method is faster but not needed in most cases
Sometimes i even press drive and forward together, and then add another dash

big fan of your videos. i have purchased the 8bitdo based on your videos but am finding the palm space to be lacking on the stick side... do you feel the same? debating returning this one for another.
It feels normal to me, if size is a problem, i recommend returning it

What archetype fighter is your preference? (Rush down, Zoner, Grappler, Etc.)
Very good question, i usually go with the chara that i feel comfortable using, is kinda of a hard question
In 3rd strike, i use ken and urien, yun
In sf4 i use guile, akuma, karin
In sf6, so far i like ken, ehonda
I think i like a balance chara archetype
I cant complete advanced combo 2. (Last two moves). I cant connect the legs after the medium punch.....
Practice the serenity stream LK alone
its not the serenity thats the problem. I can't connect the kicks after the super 2 when i used the medium punch in the air....
I was able to do advanced 2 without too much trouble but advanced 1, nope can't do it at normal speed.
Really appreciate these vids! Watched most of your videos and even finally picked up my 8bitdo stick today.
Would it be possible to show your input frame data? As a beginner I'm struggling with inputting attacks before directionals are done and still struggling with all the cancels. Thanks again

so how come all your thumbnails have you using the Hori Fighting Stick but then the video is using this?
I was originally using the hori,
And a viewer asked me to try it on the 8bitdo, and i been lazy to switch thumbnail to 8bitdo, or switch the buttons back to the hori alpha. Both are great sticks
how does someone memorize all those? i mean theres so much to brute force memorize them all.
Muscle memory, and for SF6 specifically alot of combos are variations with a few having the same "starter" or "mid section"

for advanced 4 u cant really practice the charge the way u showed since u wouldnt be able to freely hold the charge like u did when actually doing the combo
I believe is possible, its the crouching in to ex spinning bird kick right?
It should be the same gesture after what ever is before it, and you would still have to crouch and charge for the ex, i would have to sit down next time to double check in detail

2nd - in serenity stream you don’t need to charge so the inputs are actually easier imho.

What i did was i hold up after the mp, then jump again and instantly hold down the the 2 medium kicks

After hours of trying finally figured out you don't hit medium punch until Ryu is on his way down
