So.. This is long one.. My mom passed and wasn't able to show me how cook these kinds of food. Dhal rice and curry goat was a favorite of mine that she made for me, the home cook I grew up with. Thanks to you i can now make these things she use to.
The smokiness of a curry goat cooked on a fireside is just heavenly, the taste is amazing, the seasoning in the goat was just right, thanks for sharing that mouthwatering dish 😋😋😋
I love your outdoor kitchen❤ I tried the 9spice curry but found it was a bit strong in taste..the next time I added some geera and turmeric and that made it perfect👍. That finished plate looked awesome👌👌
Love your recipes really simple and easy to follow may God continue to bless your hands and your family ,would like to ask if you could do a recipe of lapsi but without sugar

I am curious to know also. I always use duck and goat curry. I dont want to make a big pot of goat with 9spices and for some reason have a totally different flavor not in favor to my liking. If i dont like it them ill invite the neighbors over lol
I have a plant and they are fresh, dried can also be used. It's known mostly as the curry leaf plant/ Carapuleah/ Karapeli/ and it's found in most nurseries. Try www.etsy.com

Hi Natasha.
So would you compare the 9 Spice curry to the well known "duck and goat curry"?
I am curious to know also.
I always use duck and goat curry.
I dont want to make a big pot of goat with 9spices and for some reason have a totally different flavor not in favor to my liking. If i dont like it them ill invite the neighbors over lol
I really love it. If your not sure try a small amount. I would advise you to add some geera and amchar massala to the mix.
